Georgia Top 250 Expo: 2024 Standouts

Cameron Catholic Cameron Catholic 6'5″ | SF Langston Hughes | 2024 State GA is a do-it-all wing out of Arlington Christian that put his game on full display Saturday. Catholic proved to be one of the best shooters in the building and shot the ball with a lot of confidence. He also ran the floor extremely well where he was able to finish at the rim in transition. Cameron Catholic Cameron Catholic 6'5″ | SF Langston Hughes | 2024 State GA is a guy that hasn’t been given the proper respect up to this point and should likely see his stock sky-rocket with a big junior season.

O’Neill Connolly O’Neill Connolly 6'6″ | SF Mt. Pisgah | 2024 State GA was undoubtedly one of the top performers on the day regardless of class. Connolly grew more and more confident with each game and by the end of the day, he was looking like an absolute killer offensively. He’s got a pretty jump-shot which he hit on consistently throughout the day, both off the dribble and the catch. At Holy Innocents, Connolly may be 3rd or 4th on the totem pole because of big-time talents like Caleb Wilson Caleb Wilson 6'10″ | PF Holy Innocents | 2025 State GA so where he lands in the spring/summer will be crucial.

Malique Johnson Malique Johnson 6'0″ | PG Tri-Cities | 2024 State GA had a strong showing on Saturday, proving to be one of the most polished guards at the camp. Johnson is a true point guard that keeps a tight handle and plays a mature game. His pull-up jumper from 15 feet was nearly automatic all morning. Johnson also has a really nice touch around the paint where he scored several times off of floaters and short jumpers. Johnson could garner a lot more attention this year playing with a talented group at Tri-Cities.

Jayden Foster Jayden Foster 6'2″ Cass | 2024 GA was impressive on Saturday, developing an early chemistry with Keshaun Pace Keshaun Pace 6'2″ | CG Carrollton | 2023 State GA and playing at a fast but controlled pace. Foster is a long, athletic guard capable of playing multiple positions along the perimeter. He was aggressive Saturday, attacking the gaps and getting to the rim. His court vision also impressed me as he found open guys and manipulated defenses to setup his teammates. If Jayden Foster Jayden Foster 6'2″ Cass | 2024 GA lands with the right program in the spring, his name could become very popular.

Rylan Stallard Rylan Stallard 6'1″ | PG River Ridge | 2024 State GA definitely garnered a lot of attention Saturday and looked like he’s come a long way since last watching him over the summer. Stallard ultimately proved to be an offensive catalyst for his team and was able to get to his spots consistently throughout the day. He’s crafty with the ball in his hands, using his pivot foot and shot fakes to get his shot off around the basket. He’s got a really nice touch on his floaters around the paint as well.
