The top five includes Sencire Harris (Illinois) Mike Sharavjamts (Dayton) Sean Jones (Marquette) Evan Mahaffey (Penn State) and Rich Rolf (Charlotte).
Other prospects at high major programs include Josiah Harris (West Virginia) Sage Tolentino (Cincinnati) Tom House (Florida State) Bowen Hardman (Ohio State) and Antwone Woolfolk (Rutgers). The MAC is well represented from Ohio’s 2022 class with Elmore James (Ohio) Javan Simmons (Toledo) Amani Lyles (Akron) Ajay Sheldon (Ohio) Cooper Davis (Toledo) Magnus Entenmann (Kent State) Quinn Corna (Ohio) and London Maiden (Kent State).
Other Division I commits from the 2022 class include Paul McMillan IV (NJIT) Ben Southerland (Liberty) Drey Carter (Wright State) Jacob Conner (Marshall) Jamal Sumlin (UTEP) Logan Woods (Wright State) Michael Bova (Bellarmine) Ramar Pryor (Cleveland State) Jared Frey (Stony Brook) Sonny Johnson Jr (Detroit, medical redshirt) Anthony Johnson (Wright State) Atticus Schuler (Dayton) and Tyler Halligan (Idaho).
We’ll be following along with these prospects as they continue their journey as college athletes. There are also dozens of Division II, Division III, NAIA and JUCO programs starting their seasons before Division I programs! Many of these athletes were covered heavily by Prep Hoops Ohio and we can’t wait to follow them along in their college career. Unfortunately, there would be too many to name every athlete but our rankings of the 2022 class have every commitment so you can see what jersey your favorite players will be wearing this winter.
