The 2023 class just got a little bit smaller as five-star Camden big man [player_tooltip player_id='992524' first='Aaron' last='Bradshaw'] recently committed to Kentucky. The forward crop is still filled with talent that can make an impact at the next level. Here are the 2023 top available power forward prospects.

[player_tooltip player_id='1400487' first='Ladji' last='Dembele'], 6'9 St. Benedict's Prep

Dembele is the top available power forward in the 2023 class and will be the go-to guy down low for the Gray Bees. The 6'9 forward has a nice touch around the basket and can finish through contact in the paint. Dembele has a nice release on his jumper and can put the ball on the floor to get to the rim. He is tough to box out on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on the defensive end. Dembele is a talented power forward prospect whose recruitment will be one to watch this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1013041' first='David' last='Luberoff'], 6'10 Blair Academy

Luberoff is an intriguing power forward prospect to watch with his ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. The 6'10 forward is comfortable playing on the perimeter as he can knock down jumpers from behind the arc and has a solid handle. Luberoff knows how to get position down low and plays with good footwork around the basket. He is a strong rebounder and is one of the top available shot-blockers in the class. Luberoff's ability to stretch the floor and protect the rim is something that will help his stock in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150270' first='Tyler' last='Koenig'], 6'9 DePaul Catholic

Koenig will be the go-to guy for the Spartans this season and will be one to watch all season long in Passaic County. The 6'9 forward has a good touch around the rim and is able to get to the free throw consistently. Koenig has a nice release on his free throws and is developing his range on the offensive end. He rips down rebounds at both ends of the floor and holds his ground on the defensive end. Koenig should be a double-double machine for DePaul Catholic as he has the potential to put up big numbers this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='609754' first='Darrius' last='Phillips'], 6'7 Seton Hall Prep

Phillips is a prospect to watch in Essex County as he has the potential to break out this winter for the Pirates. The 6'7 forward has a strong frame, which allows him to finish through contact, and explodes off the floor for dunks. Phillips is good in the pick and pop game as he has a good release on his jumper and sets good screens in the half court. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is a good weakside defender to swat shots in help side defense. Phillips' ability to make plays on both ends of the floor is something that will help him have a big 2022-23 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1150271' first='Jordan' last='Summers'], 6'7 Bound Brook

Summers had a big summer with the NJ Panthers and is looking to carry it over into the winter. The 6'7 forward has a good face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and get to rim, but also knock down jumpers from behind the arc. Summers knows how to finish around the basket and uses his body well to get position down low. He is a strong rebounder and makes plays on the defensive end. Summers had 23 double-doubles last season and should get even more than that in his senior season.
