Deiters didn’t get any varsity run as a freshman, but he’s an intriguing young prospect who could see some minutes as a sophomore. He’s a 6-7 big with broad shoulders and a physical frame that he uses to control the glass on both ends of the. He has soft hands and does a good job establishing early post position by running the floor hard.
Driscoll dropped 33 points in his first varsity game and never looked back, averaging 18.1 points a game with impressive 53-46-86 shooting splits. Helmers didn’t get a ton of playing time as a freshman for the Bulldogs, but he produced well when he was on the floor, shooting nearly 39% from behind the arc. A lanky and quick 6-1 combo guard, he can defend either perimeter spot and score from all three levels.

A physical wing with some size and length, Hoskins is a typical Pleasant Valley kid who is going to focus in on the defensive end and provide some versatility on both ends of the floor. We’re looking forward to seeing how his offensive game looks against some of the older kids that he’ll be competing against.
A young big man with game-changing size and length, Loney is a 6-9 forward who can control the painted area on both ends of the floor. His offensive game is still a work in progress, but, as they say, you can’t teach size, and Loney has plenty of it.
A talented 6-5 wing who can score inside and out, Meyer really moves well off the ball for a young player with his size. He runs the floor hard in transition, filling the lanes and finishing above the rim. He’ll provide a bit of versatility on both ends of the floor and could become a role player for a loaded Golden Eagles team as a sophomore.
We’re really looking forward to getting our first live look at Severson, a 6-3 combo guard who is coming off a dominant freshman year in which he averaged 19.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists a game. He’s a dynamic three-level scorer with a great feel for the game who has already established himself as one of the state’s elite scoring threats.
