Maybe it’s time to read this article right here on your source for basketball coverage in the Palmetto State. What about the 2025 Palmetto State Class? Oh yeah he hails from Lexington County.
Scott recently picked up an offer from the Kansas Jayhawks. Cameron has all the blue bloods on him and even the local boys from down the road at the University of South Carolina.
Scott is a very skilled guard who can do a little bit of everything on the floor for the Wildcats. Cameron has been very instrumental for the Wildcats since his 8th grade year on the varsity.
Ellis is a rim-protector around the paint for the War Eagles. Graham played the past few seasons at Class 1A East Clarendon HS over in Turbeville.
Ellis picked up an offer back in the spring from Jacksonville University. He really is starting to come along with his play after playing with Team USC 2024 Premier this past Grassroots season. Ellis still hasn’t reached his potential that’s for sure and the future looks bright for the War Eagles forward.
Really didn’t see Washington much this spring and summer on the Circuit. Morgan started off his career at Irmo HS before coming over to Lexington HS.
Morgan is a good piece to this talented Wildcats roster for Head Coach Ethan Pope.
Justin made the move down from York Prep to the Midlands this summer. Pauling helped the Patriots to a good season last year.
Justin is currently playing football for the War Eagles as a defensive back.
Sims will be counted heavily to carry the Timberwolves this coming season. Seth plays very active on both ends of the floor. He does a good job of playing around the paint and rebounding out of his area.
Bell has been a mystery for us for while here at Prep Hoops. Haven’t seen him play in a while.
Maddox is the #1 player in the 2025 Palmetto State Class. Last season over he attended White Knoll HS with

Treyvon’s father Artis Maddox is the Head Coach at Benedict College in Columbia. Maddox is a smooth playing guard with a great skill set. He’s very active on both ends of the floor and really lets the game come to him.
Evans will be a great compliment to

on this Wildcats roster. Kaleb brings the ability to create and make shots out on the perimeter for Wildcats.
Evans can slash to the cup and defend multiple positions on the floor.
Britt recently had a solid showing at the Prep Hoops South Carolina Top 250 Expo in Myrtle Beach. LJ can overpower defenders to the cup or stop and pop from the perimeter.
LJ already has a mature body for his age and look for him to pick up where he left off from last year with the War Eagles.
McDuffie really likes to play the game all 94 feet while on the floor. Tyquan plays very well away from the ball and never tends to take a play off. He’s just another piece to this talented War Eagles roster for Head Coach Dion Bethea.
