is the highest remaining uncommitted player in the Prep Hoops SC 2025 Rankings. LJ attends Gray Collegiate Academy, which jumped up 2 classifications from 2A to 4A and was placed in 4A Region 4. He is the lone returning starter from the team that won it’s third straight State Championship last season, averaging 7.9 Points Per Game to go with over 3 Rebounds Per Game, 3 Assists Per Game, and nearly 2.5 Steals Per Game. Britt was terrific in that role for the War Eagles, but he will have more usage this season particularly with the ball in his hands creating his own shots. LJ holds offers from South Carolina State and Rice.

Britt was quite the combo guard given both his size and frame on the hardwood. He utilized his size well to dominate matchups with his game in isolation. He showed he could lead the backcourt with his ability to create fastbreak opportunities off steals. He did well defending the ball and showcasing his length and IQ on the defensive end of the floor. He’ll be one to know for Gray Collegiate Academy in 2024-25.

Britt is an intriguing prospect due to his physical profile and balanced skillset. He is listed at 6’3″ but is very strong and has broad shoulders which allow him to be versatile on both ends of the floor. Although he didn’t have his best shooting performance in the game I watched this weekend, he is a solid threat from behind the arc and showed that he can positively affect the game even when the shots aren’t falling. LJ works hard on the defensive glass and throws a great outlet pass when the situation arises. He also has good half-court vision and can be a secondary facilitator in an efficient offense.

Britt really brings great versatility to the floor with his play. He can defend multiple positions on the defensive end of the floor. He rebounds the ball very well from his backcourt position. He scores from all 3 levels on the floor. Britt has great body control going to the basket and does a nice job of fighting off defenders.

Britt has good size from the backcourt along with a good basketball IQ. LJ is versatile enough to play multiple positions on both ends of the court. He finishes at a good clip at the bucket with either hand when he’s not looking to knockdown a jumper. LJ plays the game extremely unselfish almost to a fault at times.

Lj Britt is a talent who has a gift for putting the ball in the basket that you will hear more about in the future, He intrigues you with his natural scoring ability inside and out, his pace that he plays with off the bounce, and the competitive edge he brings to the court. He excels off the dribble, but is good kick out option for other guards, and a bully driving to the rim.. Plays with a chip on his shoulder and not afraid to step up against aggressive defenders. Britt also came up with a few steals, snatching the ball out of players hands or using his quick hands to rip defenders on drives. Look for more offers to come his way as liver period continues before the start of the high school season.
