Taking a look at some of the top point guards in Wisconsin's 2025 class:

[player_tooltip player_id='1300316' first='Myles' last='Herro'] -- Whitnall

Currently ranked inside the top ten of Wisconsin's 2025 class rankings, Herro is a prospect that has caught the eye of scouts early. Like many other players in his class, I still think that Herro has a lot of developing to do, but the early signs have been very positive. I love how the point guard is able to control a game on the offensive end. Often, Herro serves as a steady hand, always guiding his squad to success. I like Herro's game and I am very much looking forward to watching him play.

[player_tooltip player_id='1289064' first='Elijah' last='Griffin'] -- Westosha Central

Griffin has many of the skills that scouts look for when evaluating point guards. The Westosha Central product is an excellent passer and ballhandler. Compared to other prospects on this list, Griffin might not have the highest upside, but make no mistake, he gets the job done on the court. This high school season, look for the PG to step up to Westosha Central's varsity squad and make a big-time impact.

[player_tooltip player_id='1418518' first='Jeremiah' last='Johnson'] -- Marquette

When it is all said and done, I wouldn't be surprised if Johnson is ranked near the top of Wisconsin's 2025 class rankings. While playing for Wisconsin Playground Club this past spring and summer, I was very impressed by the Marquette point guard. On the offensive end of the court, Johnson is developed and very dangerous. He can drain long range shots and finish well at the cup. Moving forward, I expect Johnson to make a big leap this fall/winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1289047' first='Sean' last='Hansen'] -- Appleton North

Hansen is a prospect that I will keep my eye out for this high school season. Playing for Appleton North, I expect the point guard to take his production to another level. Hansen is one of the best defenders in the state, regardless of class or position. The A-North PG has very quick feet and outstanding hands. When Hansen steps on the court, you just know that he will play with a lot of effort on both ends of the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='1412883' first='Perry' last='Dorris'] -- Martin Luther

Even though I haven't gotten the opportunity to watch Dorris play much in person, I have been able to watch some tape on the Martin Luther point guard. As a freshman, Doris was able to play on varsity and make a solid impact. This past AAU season, the PG really took his game to another level. He put up some really impressive scoring numbers while playing for ABC Young Lions. Look out for Dorris this year.

Chris Davis Jr. -- Sun Prairie West

At the first AAU tournament of the year, Davis caught my eye right away. The point guard is a very talented scorer. He can shoot well from outside, convert on mid range jumpers, and finish through contact in the paint. For a PG, Davis has a strong frame, which he uses to his advantage. Skill for skill, Davis is no-doubt one of the better guards in Wisconsin's 2025 class.
