From defensive stoppers, to bucket getters, there’s no telling what this set of players will give you this season.
Kaeson Fisher- Kaeson may be everyone new favorite guard. Whats not to love about this kid? His strong frame, his beautiful shot, how quick and shifty he is, his ability to finish through anyone at the rim, there isn’t much to not like about the kid. Kaeson, always been a workaholic has developed a all around offensive game to go along with that lock down defense he has.
Eli Sawyer- The long athletic wing/post has been a surprise for opposing teams but is no surprise to himself with how consistent and good he’s been. Plays without fouling, block shots, contest shots at the rim, sprints the floor, he’s a problem when he’s on the floor. Watching Sawyer he causes a lot of mismatch problems with his athleticism and his ability to play above the rim throwing them down.
Teagan Charles Teagan Charles 6'5" | SF Kapaun | 2024 State KS – Charles, the 2024 player for Kapaun has been thriving under the legendary coach eck. Charles is as good as they come when you are talking about all around players. He has range to shoot the 3, uses his wingspan to finish at the rim, gets a lot of deflections on the ball on the defensive end and rebounds really well for a guard. The 6’5″ guard made a lot of noise helping his drive 5 team win a lot of games this past summer and will look to continue to do so for Kapaun this upcoming season. Constantly active on both ends of the floor he’s a huge plus having him on the floor no matter what program you are. When you’re talking about a guy that instantly helps your team and is a team player, a guy that’s selfless, you have to mention Teagan.
Ryle Riddlesperger Ryle Riddlesperger 6'2" | PG Hugoton | 2023 State KS – Ryle has been making it known that he is the guy. Hugoton superstar made huge strides leading up to this season. This past summer he hit game winner 3s, scored tough finishes at the rim and most importantly has worked on being a leader. With Ryle commitment on being a leader and focusing on the defensive end there’s no doubt in my mind that he will contribute to anyone at the college level. Well known for his smooth stroke, he has a high IQ to go with that and that alone makes it extremely tough to deal with them because he is always making the right plays.
Marcus Zeigler- The winner himself, Marcus coming off a state title win hungry for more will be looking to do it again for his heights high school team. The leader on the floor on both ends, there’s no need to figure out who is the head of the snake for this heights group, he makes it clear its him. his smooth game allows him to get his points within the offense instead of iso situations allowing him to keep the defense on their toes. Everyone loves his deep range and crafty finishes around the rim but you can’t overlook his floater he has and his mid range pull up game.
