Charles (pictured) has been a big part of Kapaun’s success, but there’s still much more this guy can accomplish. With the graduation of Henry Thengvall, the Crusaders will be looking for someone to step up at the small forward spot. Charles is not small – he’s a long, rangy athlete who can really defend on the wing and can run and rebound. He’s been so explosive and productive in the club circuit that it seemed like all he needed was an opportunity. His time may be now.

Up 8 spots – Charles was a big part of that great season for Kapaun last year. He uses his length and athleticism to great effect at both ends of the floor. He gets his hands on lots of deflections, and he’s a disruptive shot blocker. He has some guard skills to him, particularly on the shot behind the arc. Depending on what KSU football-commit Will Anciaux Will Anciaux 6'6" | PF Kapaun Mt Carmel | 2023 State KS does after football season, Charles may get a ton more responsibility on the court.
