Brandon Roddy Brandon Roddy 6'1" | PG Harvest Prep | 2025 State OH All Ohio Select (Harvest Prep)
Roddy was fantastic for All Ohio Select in their championship win Sunday. The sophomore has a patient style of play and allows the game to come to him. An elite handle and keeps the drive alive, Roddy easily can weave through defenses and facilitate an offense with no issue. My only concern with Roddy is how he develops his shooting form as his shot is not as crisp as his handle.
Isaiah Wilson All Ohio Select (Lima Senior)
With such a patient PG in Brandon Roddy Brandon Roddy 6'1" | PG Harvest Prep | 2025 State OH , Wilson was able to do more off of the ball and specifically impressed with his slashing off the bounce. Gets downhill in a hurry and finished around the rim with no issues against size. Made some tough shots and brought the toughness to opposing bigs and finished through and around guys.
Javen Davenport All Ohio Cleveland (Lutheran East)
Davenport was a name I had not heard before and I felt had a lot of upside. Scrappier guard with good possession and hands, and enough motor and drive to get by defenders. Little longer and can make plays over defenders. Being a younger name I don’t know how much Varsity time Davenport will have on an experienced Lutheran East team. But his play is good enough to compete regardless.
Joshua Moore Ohio Elite Foundation (Groveport Madison)
Moore has a solid offensive game that I felt was on full display for OEF in their battle with TNBA ‘ last=”] Select. Moore has a ton of bounce and might have elite athleticism for a sophomore. Accelerates downhill on dribble drives and showed he could make midrange shots in a hurry. Will need to fine tune his defensive game especially on-ball.
