A few more teams to really watch today as Section 7 is underway.

Snow Canyon

Snow Canyon has some dudes to really watch. [player_tooltip player_id="934041" first="Lyman" last="Simmons"], [player_tooltip player_id="1132291" first="Bowen" last="Hammer"] and Mackay Owen are legit. Favorite player to watch out of the bunch has to be [player_tooltip player_id="1132291" first="Bowen" last="Hammer"] as he is just build a little different nd it starts with his outside shooting. Then he uses his nice handle to get free and he has a few moves but keeps it simple to create for himself as well as his teammates. This opens up post action for Lyman and it allows Owen to roam all over the floor. College coaches really need to check this kid out, especially at 6’6.

Pleasant Grove

PG has somewhat been in the lab working but we did get a glimpse of Isaac Garret a 6’7 SF that can stretch the floor. Isaac is a good prospect that is a momentum builder with his play on both ends of the floor. If he can just stay out of foul trouble he could really be a force. [player_tooltip player_id="934022" first="Michael" last="Mitton"] took the AAU season off to stay healthy so we will get a better look at him here in this event. The question is, will Jordan Ross be on the roster? If he is he is a highly touted guard that can really change the game.

Jordan

Jordan will have a whole new look and we are excited to see who steps it up this weekend.

Layton

Laytoin is a good team as they have floor general [player_tooltip player_id="1057040" first="Mekhi" last="Martin"] distributing and [player_tooltip player_id="1057041" first="KJ" last="Miller"] delivering. [player_tooltip player_id="1206892" first="Brock" last="Mendoza"] provides some size as does Braden Cooper and Cooper Tulis. This team has an opportunity to really excel this weekend. [player_tooltip player_id="1057041" first="KJ" last="Miller"] is the kid to watch on the team as he can go off real quick.

Orem

Orem has a solid young group and they have some pieces to really make an impact moving forward in Utah. Incoming freshman [player_tooltip player_id="1278443" first="Anthony" last="Felesi"] is legit. He was giving players 4 years older than him the business last weekend. He looks to build on that and continue to build confidence in his game. [player_tooltip player_id="1260479" first="Chance" last="Dastrup"] gives the team some excellent shooting as he moves well with and without the ball looking for opportunities to score or find teammates. [player_tooltip player_id="1278444" first="Kai" last="Wesley"] is going to be a force at 6’7 and an incoming freshman. Impressed with the progress [player_tooltip player_id="1146661" first="Trey" last="Hiatt"] has made as he is strong and he can go inside and out.

Real Salt Lake

RSL is slowly developing talent and looking to reload on some returning player and they are building around [player_tooltip player_id="1057044" first="David" last="Katoa"] who is a tough CG that is one of the best two-way players you will see. His motor is non-stop and he gets better all the time.

Skyridge

Skyridge is another team that looks to build some confidence and get some new players opportunities to get more minutes and develop into new roles. Dane Housely is a player to watch on this team as is Luke Yates and [player_tooltip player_id="969252" first="Josh" last="Davis"].
