Ta’ Mere Robinson | 6’4” | G | Brashear
Robinson missed his junior year due to a football injury but would have been a contender for City League Player Of The Year if healthy. He’s a big bodied guard who uses his strong frame and football toughness to blast through the paint and finish at the rim. He hits the boards hard and has good handles and passing vision. If Robinson plays as a senior, he’ll automatically jump back to the forefront of that conversation. Robinson is an elite football recruit with a plethora of power offers and that’s where his future lies.
Josh Jenkins Josh Jenkins 6'3" | SF Sto-Rox | 2023 State PA | 6’3” | G | Sto-Rox
Jenkins is fundamentally sound. A lefty with range that extends beyond the arc. He boxes out well on defense and does little things well. His future also lies on the gridiron but he’ll lead Sto-Rox on the basketball court this winter as they push for a divisional title run.
Kellen McDonough Kellen McDonough 6'5" | PF Woodland Hills | 2023 State PA | 6’5” | F | Woodland Hills
McDonough is receiving D1 interest for his football talents, but on the hardwood he’s a strong player who has embraced the role of being the bruiser in the low post. High energy player who hits the boards hard and has no issues playing through contact. Woodland Hills could be breaking in one of the top PGs in the region’s class of 2026 this winter and McDonough will be his target of choice on the low block.
Kameron Cheatom Kameron Cheatom 6'4" | PF Brashear | 2023 State PA | 6’3” | F | Brashear
With the loss of Robinson last winter, among other injury losses from football that translated to a thinner Bulls hoops squad, Cheatom took on the burden of being the primary post option for Brashear. He’s a bruiser and his best work is in the post, but he showed that he could handle the ball a little bit as well last year. A healthy Bulls squad could push to join ‘Dice and Obama in the top tier of the City this winter and he’ll be a reason why. Well recruited D1 football prospect.
Payton Wehner | 6’0″ | G | Pittsburgh Central Catholic
QB1 for the Vikings powerhouse football program is also excelling on the hardwood. He’s got solid ballhandling skills and is capable of playing the lead role to spell Dante DePante Dante DePante 6'3" | PG Central Catholic | 2023 State PA from having to always bring it up the floor. He’s a facilitator who can also shoot from deep and his football mindset shows on the floor in terms of his toughness defensively and his ability to play through contact. Wehner is the one in the bunch who could potentially be recruited for both football and basketball and have a choice to make, as the others are really “football players playing basketball” and Wehner is a “football player playing football” and a “basketball player playing basketball”
