Haiden Hardy – 6’1” SF – Cedar Rapids Washington (Team Iowa 2024)
Hardy is a physical wing who wants to get to the rim when he gets the ball in his hands. He plays off of two feet when he attacks which allows him to be patient ad make the right play. He also sees the floor very well, and he showed off a smooth euro step in the lane. Hardy helped lead a major comeback on Saturday morning for Team Iowa.
Hunter Hughes – 6’2” SF – Waco (Team Iowa 2024)
Hughes is a scrappy wing who worked insanely hard this weekend and also helped led a major comeback on Saturday morning. He seemed to be the first one to every loose ball, and he moves incredibly well without the ball in his hands. This led to a pair of open triples that he knocked down as well as a couple of nice finishes in the lane.
Jeremiah Jones Jeremiah Jones 6'1" | SG Grand Rapids West Catholic | 2024 State MI – 6’1” SG – Grand Rapids Christian (B3 Athletics 2024)
Jones is a fundamental shooting guard who uses his length to make plays on both ends of the floor. He plays very good on-ball defense and makes it tough for his opponents. On the offensive end of the floor, he passes the ball extremely well, and he isn’t afraid to make the extra pass. However, he can knock down threes at a consistent rate as well. Overall a good weekend for Jeremiah.
Johntay Larkins – 5’10” SG – Osseo Senior (Minnesota Hoopers 2024)
Larkins is a lights-out shooter who can score the ball at all three levels. He got to his spot, and he scored at the mid-range, three-point line, and at the rim. He was easily one of the best shooters of the entire weekend as he went for 26 points in one game.
Jayden Wheeler – 6’1” SG – East Kentwood (B3 Athletics 2024)
Wheeler is a natural scoring guard who knows exactly what he wants to do with the ball before he even touches it. He gets to his spot off the bounce, and he can knock down shots from both the mid-range and beyond the arc. Wheeler is also strong and can finish around the rim when he gets inside on his drives.
Jacob Williams Jacob Williams 6'4" | PF Senior | 2024 State IA – 6’4” PF – Dubuque Senior (Dubuque Intensity 2024)
Williams was the best player at Wintrust this weekend, and he was a menace all over for Dubuque. He has a plus wingspan on the inside which allows him to be both a shot-blocker and an excellent rebounder. The lefty is a tough finisher on the inside, and he has nice touch around the rim with both floaters and good footwork on his post moves. He had 32 and 26 points and double-digit rebounds in his first two games on the weekend.
