<p>Prep Hoops Michigan has updated it’s class of 2024 prospect rankings! There are now over 190 ranked athletes in the class. There were an impressive group of newcomers to the list. Let’s look at a few of the newcomers to the class of 2024’s prospect rankings.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1434091" first="Nathan" last="Washburn"] (PF, Macomb Dakota)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #80</p>
<p>Washburn has a lot going for him as a prospect. He’s a strong and physical post player that has a workman’s type of demeanor. Washburn is rapidly improving as a powerful finisher and his rise could just be starting.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1434243" first="Mason" last="Wisniewski"] (PF, Orchard Lake St. Mary’s)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #87</p>
<p>Wisniewski will be a must see player over the next year or so. He could ultimately develop into one of the better rebounders in the state. Wisniewski battles for position off the shot, and usually wins that fight. He does a really nice job reading the ball off the rim.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1434240" first="Mohammad" last="Habhab"] (PF, Fordson)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #115</p>
<p>Habhab seems like he’s on the verge of exploding. He’s confident and effective from deep and works really well under the rim and from the baseline with the ball in his hands. Habhab reminds me a bit of <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1077679" first="Hutch" last="Ward"]</strong>, and we all see what’s going on there. Habhab could be on that same trajectory.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1434238" first="Myles" last="Steffen"] (PG, Zeeland West)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #143</p>
<p>Steffen is a lead guard that college coaches will want to keep an eye on. He handles the ball well on both sides and has a very mature and poised game. Steffen will be a leader for Zeeland West for the foreseeable future.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1361121" first="Justin" last="Huang"] (SG, Northville)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #148</p>
<p>Huang has a really nice upside as a prospect. He has nice positional length and can use it on the defensive end. He can shoot from mid range and from behind the arc. Huang is underestimated as a passer as well.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1434090" first="Angelo" last="Hausmanis"] (SG, Three Rivers)</strong></p>
<p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking: #160</p>
<p>Hausmanis has a really nice future in the game of basketball. He’s a natural shooter that looks really comfortable doing it. If you step out on him to challenge his jumper, Hausmanis has the ability to get to the rim and finish strong.</p>
