[player_tooltip player_id="901943" first="Dionte" last="Johnson"], 6’0 PG Patrick School

Johnson had a monster senior campaign for the Celtics as he drove their offense throughout the season. The 6’0 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to blow by his defender and finish around the basket. Johnson does not mind drawing contact and can make opponents pay for giving him space on the perimeter. He knows how to get his teammates involved in the half court and is a tough on-ball defender. Johnson is a gritty, two-way guard who makes plays at both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1013044" first="Adam" last="Silas"], 6’2 CG St. Thomas Aquinas

The 6’2 guard has a quick first step and a good handle, which he uses to get into the lane and finish around the rim. Silas has a nice touch on his floater and is capable of shooting either off the catch or bounce. He is a good passer and knows how to get deflections on the defensive end. Silas is a play-making guard who did a little bit of everything for St. Thomas Aquinas in 2021-22.

Griffin complimented Johnson nicely in the backcourt as the two were able to make plays for the Celtics all season. The 5’11 guard has a quick release on his jumper and is capable of knocking down triples in bunches. Griffin is more than just a shooter as he can also score in the mid-range and a nice handle. He moves well off the ball and is an underrated passer. Griffin’s ability to knock down jumpers on the perimeter is something that will help his stock in a big way at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="901962" first="Ethan" last="Pires"], 6’4 SG Pennington

Pires is an intriguing prospect to watch with his ability to play on the wing. The 6’4 lefty has a good shooting stroke as he wastes little motion and does not need a lot of space to release his shot. Pires moves very well off the ball and is also capable of getting to the basket off the bounce. He sets his feet before he shoots and is an underrated rebounder. Pires is a scoring guard prospect who has the potential to make an impact in year 1.
