The games I went to was Sylvania Northview loss to Lima Senior on a corner three as time expired, Gilmour Academy beating Toledo Central Catholic 65-54, St. Mary’s dominant win over Huron 40-29, Antwerp beating Tiffin Calvert 52-31 to send the Archers off to Dayton. I was also at Pickerington Central 59-42 win over Gahanna Lincoln, make sure to read Ohio’s Senior Scout Mike Roth‘s article about that game here.
Mekhi Leach (2025) – G 6’2 – Toledo Central Catholic
Leach is a very nice prospect both great potential. A very long player with some nice skills. I was impressed with his rebounding ability. He cleaned up all game for the Irish and has great touch around the rim. He hit a couple of threes for Central showing off his ability to shoot. I would love to see Leach add a mid-range to his bag over the next couple of years. College coaches this is a name to circle. I have seen play a couple of times this year and was more and more impressed by what he showed every game I went to. he showed something different to impress each time.

(2024) – G 6’3 – Antwerp
Brewer has some great tools to work with. He is a quick guard with a nice stroke. He can flat-out shoot it. He also has some great length. Potential to be a very nice defender. I would love to see him transition into a 3 and D guard. He is a sniper and someone to keep an eye on as he develops more.
Evan Angstman (2024) – W 6’6 – St. Mary’s
Angstman is a very long wing that can shoot it. I really liked his stroke just wish he showed it off more. He looks to still be growing. With his shot and length, he would be a great stretch forward for college. I am excited to see Angstman develop and become more of a role on offense over the next couple of years.
Jagger Hutchins (2025) – W 6’6 – Lima Senior
It’s very rare for a freshman to play varsity for Coach Q’s Lima program so you know Hutchins has something special to him. He is a very long-player that has some nice height that can light it up. He is a knockdown shooter. He has a very quick release and a shoot that almost seems like he has no shooting pocket. This is very impressive for a freshman.
