SD Class A All-State Team: PHD Version

<p>The Class A State Tournament was held in Rapid City and the participants consisted of Dakota Valley, Sioux Falls Christian, Flandreau, Groton Area, St. Thomas More, Lakota Tech, Winner, and Sioux Valley.
