[player_tooltip player_id="863631" first="NJ" last="Benson"] (Mt. Vernon)

Previous Ranking: #11
Current Ranking: #6

Almost immediately after our last ranking we saw Benson in an open gym and instantly knew that he was ranked too low. That was backed up with our viewings of him during the high school season for the Rams. The Missouri State commit is a big boy inside with such nimble footwork and explosive athleticism at the rim. He throws down dunks with force, has some handles for a post, and is a dominant rebounder. His shot blocking has been a major factor in his game as a senior.

[player_tooltip player_id="1210374" first="Ty" last="Rogers"] (West Aurora)

Previous Ranking: #60
Current Ranking: #34

Rogers is a perfect new age combo forward. Projects as a face up four that can really stretch with his shooting from distance. Good spot up threat that can also put it on the deck for straight line takes and defends well all over the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1048722" first="Garrett" last="Bolte"] (Hinsdale South)

Previous Ranking: #80
Current Ranking: #40

Bolte has a strong frame at the power forward spot and fits as a stretch four being able to shoot it at a high percentage. Feathery touch on spot up shots and can create on his own a little for pull ups from 15-18 feet. Also has skill around the hoop displaying nice touch around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id="1106936" first="Ryan" last="Renfro"] (Glenbard West)

Previous Ranking: #58
Current Ranking: #45

Army commit is one of the ultimate junk yard dogs in this class. He is a gritty rebounder that brings physicality on the glass. Good passer on the interior and finishes well on dump off passes and second chance points.

[player_tooltip player_id="1210393" first="Colin" last="Schuler"] (Peoria Notre Dame)

Previous Ranking: #161
Current Ranking: #56

The more we see Schuler the more we like him. He has impressed at both the Prep Hoops Top 250 and as a senior. Post from PND has excellent size and can operate on the floor in a number of areas. Finishes well around the hoop with touch. Stretches the floor with an easy looking perimeter shot. Protects the rim on the defensive end.

[player_tooltip player_id="1210405" first="Michael" last="Osei-Bonsu"] (Bolingbrook)

Previous Ranking: #121
Current Ranking: #68

Undersized four man that brings you everything he has each and every night. Probably only about 6’4” he has a wide frame that allows him to create space on the interior for scores. Gets deep post position and scores well around the basket playing bully ball in addition to be a volume rebounder.

[player_tooltip player_id="1048721" first="Elijah" last="Jointer"] (Mt. Carmel)

Previous Ranking: #138
Current Ranking: #79

Jointer has been a consistent double double machine this season for the Caravan. Strong bodied four that plays with physicality around the hoop. Mauls on the offensive glass for second chance points and has some touch on a mid-range jumper.
