<p>Last weekend saw some amazing finishes of some outstanding games, and this week, there is an interesting schedule of games with most teams across the state playing on Thursday and Saturday due to the girl's basketball Sectional tournament on the other four days of the week. There are several great small school games during this week, so let's take a look at the top games in the coming week.</p>

<p><strong>1. Bloomfield @ North Daviess - Thursday @ 7:30</strong></p>
<p>In this top-6 1A matchup, #6 Bloomfield goes on the road to #3 North Daviess. Bloomfield comes in at 14-3 with two losses to 2A #5 Linton-Stockton and one loss to Sectional rival, #5 Loogootee. North Daviess comes in at 16-2 with overtime losses to 2A #1 Fort Wayne Blackhawk and 1A #4 Barr-Reeve. Bloomfield is led by their senior duo of [player_tooltip player_id="870307" first="Baylin" last="Graf"] and [player_tooltip player_id="870288" first="Christopher" last="Royal"], and North Daviess is led by [player_tooltip player_id="935727" first="Jaylen" last="Mullen"], one of the top small-school point guards in the state.</p>
<p><strong>2. Heritage Christian @ Park Tudor - Monday @ 7:30</strong></p>
<p>Heritage Christian has had an up and down year so far with a 6-8 record, but they are coming off of a disappointing loss to Shenandoah last week. Park Tudor comes in at 8-4 with four consecutive wins. The matchup to watch in this one is going to be Heritage Christian's Myles Colvin, the #11 junior in the state who is committed to Purdue, and Park Tudor's [player_tooltip player_id="868228" first="Jermaine" last="Coleman"], the #7 junior in the state.</p>
<p><strong>3. Fort Wayne Blackhawk @ Indianapolis Tindley - Saturday @ 1:30</strong></p>
<p>Blackhawk comes in at 14-2 with an overtime loss to Homestead and an upset loss against Fort Wayne Dwenger. Indianapolis Tindley comes in at 12-5, and after their 1-3 start to the season, they have bounced back to win 11 of 13 with losses to 4A opponents, Lafayette Jeff and Indianapolis Tech. Blackhawk is led by their junior trio of Jimmy Davidson, [player_tooltip player_id="1042496" first="Gage" last="Sefton"], and [player_tooltip player_id="1042499" first="Josh" last="Furst"]. Tindley is led by their big man [player_tooltip player_id="1174129" first="Aaron" last="Humphrey"] who is averaging 19 points and 9 rebounds, and Furst will have to step up in a big way to shut him down.</p>
<p><strong>4. Peru @ Tipton - Thursday @ 7:30</strong></p>
<p>Peru comes in at 12-1 with their one loss coming last week to Warsaw after 11 straight wins to start the season. Tipton comes in at 11-4, but they are just 2-4 against 3A and 4A opponents. The big matchup will be Peru's [player_tooltip player_id="958403" first="Matthew" last="Ross"], who is averaging 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game this year, and Tipton's Nate Powell who is averaging 18 points and 11 rebounds per game this year. Another player to watch will be [player_tooltip player_id="1158205" first="Nolan" last="Swan"], a sophomore for Tipton, who has stepped up to average 16 points and 6 assists per game.</p>
<p><strong>5. Covenant Christian @ North Putnam - Saturday @ 2:00</strong></p>
<p>Covenant Christian comes in at 8-8 with four losses in a row after their triple-overtime thriller against Central Christian. North Putnam comes in at 12-2 with ten consecutive wins after a 2-2 start to the season. Both of these teams are led by their seniors as Covenant Christian is led by their senior duo of Brock Buckley and [player_tooltip player_id="1184701" first="Christian" last="Flowers"], and North Putnam is led by their senior trio of Zachary Huff, [player_tooltip player_id="870303" first="Aaron" last="Pickel"], and Ellis Lyons who all played extremely well when I watched them two weeks ago.</p>
<p><strong>6. Culver Academy @ South Bend St. Joseph - Tuesday @ 7:30</strong></p>
<p>Culver Academy comes in at 9-4 with losses in three of their last five to very good teams, Westfield, Mishawaka Marian, and Chesterton. South Bend St. Joseph comes in at 8-7, but they have lost five of their last seven. Both of these teams will be looking to get back on track with a big win on Tuesday. The matchup to watch will be [player_tooltip player_id="868239" first="Cooper" last="Farrall"], the #18 junior in the state, for Culver Academy, and [player_tooltip player_id="1297002" first="Chase" last="Konieczny"], one of the top freshmen in the state, for South Bend St. Joseph.</p>
<p><strong>7. Heritage Christian @ University - Saturday @ 2:30</strong></p>
<p>Heritage Christian has their second top-ten game of the week on Saturday as they travel to University. University comes in at 10-6, but they have won three in a row after losing three of four. University is led by their big man, [player_tooltip player_id="643481" first="Larry" last="Pierce"], and their young point guard, [player_tooltip player_id="1293439" first="Sabien" last="Cain"]. Heritage Christian is led by Myles Colvin and [player_tooltip player_id="1042495" first="Dylan" last="Doss"]. Both of these two matchups will be the ones to watch in this one.</p>
<p><strong>8. Southmont @ Tri-West - Thursday @ 7:30</strong></p>
<p>Southmont comes in at 12-3, but they are just 3-2 against 3A schools. Tri-West comes in at 9-6, but they have lost four of their last seven. Southmont is led by their senior duo of Logan Oppy and [player_tooltip player_id="1295355" first="Avery" last="Saunders"] as well as their glue guy, [player_tooltip player_id="1049184" first="Carson" last="Chadd"]. Tri-West is led by their senior trio of Dylan Bear, Ethan Depinet, and [player_tooltip player_id="769692" first="Alex" last="Covey"]. </p>
<p><strong>9. Warren Central @ Center Grove - Thursday @ 7:30</strong></p>
<p>Warren Central comes in at 8-6, but after a rough start to the season, the Warriors have won 7 of their last 9 with their losses coming to Lawrence North and North Central. Center Grove comes in at 8-7, but after winning 6 of 7, they have lost 3 of their last 4. Warren Central is led by Louisville commit, [player_tooltip player_id="769654" first="D'Ante" last="Davis"], and Center Grove will need to find a way to slow him down. Center Grove is led by their trio of guards with [player_tooltip player_id="1272949" first="Marcus" last="Ankney"], [player_tooltip player_id="1273050" first="Ethan" last="McComb"], and [player_tooltip player_id="1158238" first="Joey" last="Schmitz"].</p>
<p><strong>10. Triton @ Caston - Saturday @ 2:30</strong></p>
<p>Triton comes in at 11-4 with three of their losses coming to the top 3A teams in the state, John Glenn and NorthWood. Caston comes in at 11-4, but they have won eight consecutive games after a tough 3-4 start to the season. Triton is led by their guard duo of [player_tooltip player_id="1269960" first="Ashton" last="Oviedo"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1275744" first="Cole" last="Shively"]. Caston is an older team led by their five seniors. </p>
