<p>This article will display the top guards I’ve seen recently from SWO. The schools that will be featured are Flyght Academy, Oakwood, and Fairfield.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Anthony McComb (2022). G 6’3. Flyght Academy<img class="size-medium wp-image-1374829 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/01/A8999BB3-98C3-4180-BB09-F7138EF80864-crop-4800x3152-1643335059-300x197.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="197" /></b></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">McComb has a great pace to his game that never gets sped up. He picks his spot very well and does not force anything. He has a very pretty jumper. McComb is a shifty guard who comes out the gates aggressive, seeking to find a rhythm. McComb was a big reason Flyght gave Huntington Prep a run for their money.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> They did not have much of an answer for his wide and deep skillset. </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b><img class="size-medium wp-image-1374832 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/01/2A2737F8-A69E-4964-BC97-556A7CBA01BA-crop-1845x1211-1643335147-300x197.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="197" />[player_tooltip player_id="922599" first="Will" last="Maxwell"] (2023). G/W 6’5. Oakwood</b></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">[player_tooltip player_id="922599" first="Will" last="Maxwell"] is a problem for other teams. He is a great slasher that makes the defense pay when he attacks the rim. He gets to the cup with ease with his very strong and aggressive takes. He made multiple tough baskets for the Lumberjacks. He is a great player in transition because of his athleticism and finishing ability. His athleticism is special - he has great bounce and is pretty fast and quick.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Will Hill (2022). G 6’4. Flyght Academy </b></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">Will Hill is a three-point specialist. He has a very good-looking stroke. He can shoot it spot up but I was very impressed with his ability to shoot the ball on the move. He came off many screens aggressive and ready to shoot - he made Huntington Prep pay too whenever they gave him space to get his shot up. He has good size as well as he stands 6’4 and good build.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="809630" first="Logan" last="Woods"] (2022). G 6’4. Fairfield<img class="size-medium wp-image-1374836 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/01/CFCEB691-B783-4C4C-830A-30FF98D0A6BA-crop-4800x3152-1643335232-300x197.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="197" /></b></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">Woods is a lengthy senior for Fairfield that can absolutely light it up from deep. He has nice athleticism that uses his length very well to help him, defender, multiple positions. He started to hit a lot of threes late for Fairfield that brought them back in the game and showed when he is on the floor the team is never out of a game because he can get hot quick. He finished with 18 points.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b><img class="size-medium wp-image-1374838 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2022/01/0A97BD2A-3148-4CCF-AA36-C8581199EE88-crop-1845x1211-1643335303-300x197.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="197" />Allen Lattimore (2022). PG 6’0. Flyght Academy</b></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">Allen Lattimore is competitor. He can shoot the heck out of it too. He hit multiple threes for Flyght that kept them in it the entire game. He is a scrappy player who plays hard the entire game. He finished the game with a team-high of 18.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> Lattimore brings a lot of energy and leadership to the court every time he is on it. </span></span></p>
