<p>Week 6 is underway and we have got a big slate of high school hoops going on this week in Indiana. Let us dive on in and take a look at some highlights of Tuesday’s night of hoops. </p>

<p><b>BNL Upsets Bloomington North </b></p>
<p>In a big upset win that nobody saw coming, Bedford North Lawrence was able to knock off Bloomington North in the Danny Bush Classic Final 48-40. The Stars had defeated Owen Valley and Bloomington North had beaten Whiteland to advance to this game. The Stars were led by 2023 G [player_tooltip player_id="1273008" first="Colton" last="Leach"] with 20 pts. The Cougars, who did not have 2022 G [player_tooltip player_id="870215" first="Nick" last="Klaiber"] available, were led by [player_tooltip player_id="1152148" first="Marco" last="Fitch"] with 13 and [player_tooltip player_id="868224" first="JaQualon" last="Roberts"] and <strong>Nate Hoffman</strong> each having 10 pts. Big win for BNL (now 4-4) will host Evansville Reitz next. Bloomington North (now 7-3) will host city rival Bloomington South up next. </p>
<p><b>Gunn Returns</b></p>
<p>The biggest story of the night was the return of Lawrence North G, and Indiana signee, [player_tooltip player_id="870213" first="Chris" last="Gunn"] returning from injury and playing his first game of the season. He returned in a big way as he dropped a game high 34 pts and added 6 rbs and 3 stls in the 88-79 loss vs Indianapolis Tindley. Tindey’s [player_tooltip player_id="1174129" first="Aaron" last="Humphrey"] also had a big game with a 22 point, 11 rebound doubl-double. Up next Gunn and Lawrence North will host Crispus Attucks next. </p>
<p><b>North Daviess Classic Semi-Finals Set. </b></p>
<p>In possibly the biggest tournament in Southern Indiana, the first games too place in the Bobcat of Daviess County Class took place today. Here are the results: Barr-Reeve defeated South Knox behind [player_tooltip player_id="958397" first="Hagen" last="Knepp"] with 15 pts, Blackhawk Christian beat North Daviess in OT ([player_tooltip player_id="1042499" first="Josh" last="Furst"] had 16 pts, [player_tooltip player_id="935727" first="Jaylen" last="Mullen"] had 13 pts), Brownstown beat Rock Creek Academy behind [player_tooltip player_id="1158245" first="Jack" last="Benter"] with 29 pts, and [player_tooltip player_id="868254" first="Peyton" last="Bledsoe"] dropped 25 pts in win over Paoli. Tomorrow, North Daviess will face South Knox and Paoli will face Rock Creek in the losers bracket. In the winners bracket, Barr-Reeve will face Blackhawk Christian and Loogootee will face Brownstown. </p>
<p><strong>Mt. Vernon (Fortville) Stuns Zionsville</strong></p>
<p>In arguably the biggest upset of the night, the Mt. Vernon (Fortville) defeated #1 Zionsville via a [player_tooltip player_id="870220" first="Amhad" last="Jarrard"] buzzer beater at the end of the game. Zionsville was 8-0 coming into this game as Mt. Vernon was 5-1 heading into this one. Since losing to Fishers in their first game, Mt. Vernon has now racked off 6 straight wins. They will travel to Westfield next while Zionsville will look to bounce back when they face Brebeuf Jesuit up next. </p>
