Region 7-AAAAA Preview

<p>Prep Hoops is in the final stretch covering previews throughout the Palmetto State. Who will be the team to beat in Region 7-AAAAA? We have the answers right here on your source for basketball news in South Carolina. </p> <p><em><strong>Prep Hoops Predictions: </strong></em></p> <p>Goose Creek HS - The Gators have a lot back from last season for Head Coach Blake Hall. The Gators were (12-1) last season. </p> <p>Cane Bay HS - The Cobras finished just (1-10) last season. Look for the Cobras to make some improvements this coming season.</p> <p>Wando HS - The Warriors finished (5-5) last season. </p> <p>Stratford HS (Goose Creek) - The Knights will battle it out for the middle of the pack this year after going (3-8) last season. </p> <p>Berkeley HS (Moncks Corner) - The Stags finished (2-11) last season. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1133746" first="Justin" last="Britt"] (2023) - Goose Creek HS - Prep Hoops Preseason Region Player of the Year (pictured on front)</strong></p> <p>Britt is back to lead the Gators this coming season. Justin is the main cog on this talented roster for the Gators. Britt will knockdown the 3-ball, slash to the cup or take a charge at any time it seems. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="979132" first="Demetri" last="Simmons"] (2022) - Goose Creek HS </strong></p> <p>Simmons just had a football season this fall after rushing for over 1,800 yards. Caleb can play inside-out on the floor.
