<p><strong>CTC Comeback: Top Point Guards</strong></p>
<p>Quick notes on some of the top performers from CTC Comeback last Sunday.</p>
<p><strong>2021 6-3 Micah Bell – Chapel Hill</strong></p>
<p>Electrifying athlete. Plays above the rim with ease. Has long arms and quick feet, able to shutdown opposing guards. Best in transition. Loves to get downhill. Has potential as a playmaker. Outside shot needs work. High ceiling.</p>
<p><strong>2023 5-8 [player_tooltip player_id="1131512" first="Authur" last="Johnson"] – Bowdon</strong></p>
<p>Shifty lefty. Hesitation dribble and stop-and-go is elite for age. Gets to the basket and finishes with a variety of floaters and scoop shots. Strong body. Aggressive on-ball defender. Lethal three-point shooter off the dribble. Deep range. Three-level scorer.</p>
<p><strong>2023 5-9 [player_tooltip player_id="1131542" first="Daethan" last="Harris"] – Jones County</strong></p>
<p>True point guard. Surveys the floor with head up. Looks to find the open man before searching for his own offense. Utilizes the bounce pass. Sneaky good scorer when he wants to be. Can hit the three off the bounce.</p>
<p><strong>2022 6-0 [player_tooltip player_id="949917" first="Eric" last="Howard"] – Marietta</strong></p>
<p>All downhill. Bouncy guard with high motor and aggressive nature. Crashes the boards extremely well. Still learning to change speeds. Improving outside shot and 5-10 foot range will help. Plays hard. Can be a good defender with his ability to change directions.</p>
<p><strong>2022 5-7 Brian Bain – Central-Carrollton</strong></p>
<p>Undersized guard is a strong athlete. Can elevate to the rim. Solid body can take bumps when getting to the basket. Knows how to finish inside. Respectable outside shot. Gives great effort as an on-ball defender. Good passer once he turns the corner.</p>
