Shooting is paramount in basketball and New Jersey has plenty of guys who can fill it up from behind the arc. Marist commit [player_tooltip player_id="850507" first="Noah" last="Harris"] has been stroking the basketball for four years, but he is not the only senior with deep range. Here are the top available shooters in the 2021 class.

[player_tooltip player_id="850515" first="Justin" last="Glover"], 6’2 SG Hudson Catholic

The Hawks have produced a lot of talent over the past couple of seasons and Glover is another player who should make an impact at the next level. The 6’2 guard has a smooth shooting stroke and shoots the ball with confidence. Glover has a quick release and sets his feet before every shot. He moves exceptionally well off the ball and has the ability to shoot off the dribble. Glover is a marksman from deep with the ability to get hot from deep in a hurry.

[player_tooltip player_id="927391" first="Martin" last="Anguelov"], 6’1 PG Wildwood Catholic Academy

The Crusaders were only able to play five games this season, but that does not take away from Anguelov’s shooting ability. The 6’1 guard has a pure shooting stroke as he wastes little motion. Anguelov’s release might be the fastest in the state and only needs one shot to get going from distance. He is great at moving off the ball as he sets himself up for easy layups and jumpers. Anguelov has the ability to run the offense as well, but his greatest strength is his shooting.

[player_tooltip player_id="1012952" first="Devin" last="Benson"], 6’0 SG Camden

The High is loaded with talent on the perimeter, but Benson was still able to make his mark on the state’s top team. The 6’0 lefty has a good shooting stroke and has deep range. Benson has a quick release as he only needs a tiny bit of space to get his shot off. He has a nice floater and sets his feet before every shot. Benson is a knockdown shooter from deep who is ready to help a team from the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id="900348" first="Jamling" last="Lama"], 6’0 PG Secaucus

Lama is a scoring point guard, but the best part of his scoring arsenal is his jumper. The 6’0 lead guard knows how to shoot off the dribble as he is able to free himself up for shots. Lama has a good release on his jumper and wastes little motion in getting his shot off. He can also play off the ball as he knows how to free himself for shots. Lama is a skilled lead guard prospect with a jumper that should get him minutes at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="929527" first="Kyle" last="Rolon"], 6’3 SG Somerville

Rolon is one of the more underrated prospects in the Skyland Conference with a picture perfect jump shot. The 6’3 guard has one of the prettiest jumpers in the Garden State and sets his feet before every shot. Rolon’s release is quick and is capable of knocking down triples in bunches. He moves exceptionally well off the ball, creating easy layups and jumpers for himself. Rolon is a knockdown shooter who will torch the nets at the next level.
