Overall Prospect Rankings: #21-#25

<p>Over the last month we released our latest rankings for the classes of 2021, 2022, and 2023.  What if you took those classes and did an overall ranking regardless of class?   This is what they would look like!  This is our <strong>Illinois Top 50 Prospects Regardless of Class</strong>!</p> <p>Today we unveil prospects #20 - #25!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#21 [player_tooltip player_id="939057" first="Dalen" last="Davis"] (Whitney Young – 2023)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Davis is a rock solid point guard with a high basketball IQ and understanding of the game at a young age.  He runs the show from his lead guard spot and is excellent working in the mid-range area with his pull up game.  Plays with good pace and knows how to make others around him better.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#22 [player_tooltip player_id="939069" first="Davius" last="Loury"] (Kenwood – 2023)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Loury is a bouncy power forward with quality strength.  Brings versatility to be able to play both inside and outside.  His motor, rebounding, toughness, and ability to shoot the ball have all elevated his stock over the last six months to where he is one of the best posts in 2023.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#23 [player_tooltip player_id="920940" first="Anthony" last="Sayles"] (Niles Notre Dame – 2021)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: #12</p> <p>Sayles is the top uncommitted prospect in the 2021 class.  He is an athletic playmaking guard that brings toughness to the table.  Competitive floor general that can run a team, push in the open floor, score on his own, and make others better.  What more could you want at a mid-major?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#24 [player_tooltip player_id="765152" first="Troy" last="D’Amico"] (Niles Notre Dame – 2021)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: #29</p> <p>D’Amico is a Southern Illinois signee that will be an impact player in the Missouri Valley.  Multi positional forward that can shoot from deep, pass with feel, moves well without the ball, and rebounds well for his position.  Makes an impact on the game in a variety of ways.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#25 Ty Johnson (DePaul Prep – 2021)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Johnson was a big time pick up for Loyola.  The point guard brings plus athleticism to the Ramblers backcourt of the future.  He has smooth handles that allow him to get anywhere he needs to on the floor when he wants.  Deep range on his jump shot and continues to show growth as a distributor.</p>
