<p>Livingston has been a major sleeper from southern Illinois for the last couple years. Shot maker that at the small college level can play both on and off the ball and make plays.</p>

<p>Ranking: #78</p>
<p>Perez helped his stock with a strong summer for Illinois Outwork. Dynamic ball handler that plays with speed in the open floor and is a knock down pull up shooter.</p>

<p>Ranking: #94</p>
<p>Ambrose is smaller, but his creativity with the ball is off the charts. D3 schools will love his competitiveness, basketball IQ, and vision.</p>

<p>Ranking: #95</p>
<p>Brown is an athletic lead guard from the metro east. The Belleville East guard has two way potential at the next level.</p>

<p>Ranking: #107</p>
<p>Owens is another smaller guard that has major game. He gets up and down the court in the blink of an eye and has the vision to find his teammates on the move. Willing to go in among the trees to score or get fouled.</p>

<p>Ranking: #108</p>
<p>Wofe is a flame thrower from beyond the arc. The lefty drills three pointers in bunches from beyond the arc and is a crisp passer as well.</p>

<p>Ranking: #122</p>
<p>Grace is a rock solid all-around point guard that plays within himself and makes sound decisions with the ball.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="821804" first="Elijah" last="Bull"] (Evanston)</strong></p>
<p>Ranking: #127</p>
<p>Bull has been a consistent presence at the guard position over the last several years. He is a sharp shooter that knocks down threes at a high clip.</p>
