DBA Elite may have just in 2020, but it is a group filled with talent. The 2021 class is a good example of that with players who will make an impact at the next level. Some prospects had big showings at the practice session on Wednesday as they rose their stocks. Here are the top 2021 stock risers from the DBA Elite practice session.

[player_tooltip player_id="1016643" first="Alex" last="Baker"], 6’4 SF/PF Holmdel

Baker did a little bit of everything during the practice session as he was seemingly everywhere throughout the night. The 6’4 forward was relentless during the 11-man break drill as he grabbed rebounds on four consecutive possessions. Baker made good decisions with the ball in his hands and rarely turned the ball over. He has a nice touch around the basket and can create space for himself down low. Baker had a strong junior campaign for Holmdel and his play at DBA Elite should translate into a bigger senior season.

[player_tooltip player_id="900380" first="Brian" last="Bernard"], 6’3 SG Trenton Catholic

Bernard had a strong showing at the practice as he proved that he can play on both ends of the floor. The 6’3 guard is a big-time athlete as he was grabbing the rim on multiple occasions during the practice. Bernard has a good handle and was able to finish around the rim. He moved his feet well on the defensive end and uses his length to create disruptions. Bernard is the tough, two-way player that head coach Fred Falchi needs in his return to Trenton Catholic.

[player_tooltip player_id="1017707" first="Jaxon" last="Baker"], 6’1 CG Barnegat

Baker entered the session as one of the team’s top shooters and he solidified it at the practice session. The 6’1 guard has a nice shooting form and has a quick release on his shot. Baker knows how to move off the ball and always sets himself up before he shoots. He is more than just a shooter as he can handle the ball on the perimeter and finish around the basket. Baker is a knockdown shooter who should have a big final season for Barnegat.

[player_tooltip player_id="900304" first="Brandon" last="Pfeifer"], 6’0 SG Allentown

Pfeifer is one of the top shooters in the 2021 class and he proved it at the DBA Elite practice. The 6’0 guard wastes little motion in his shot and knows how to free himself on the perimeter. Pfeifer proved he can be more than just a shooter as he put the ball on the floor and attacked the basket. He worked hard on the defensive end and made solid passes throughout the night. Pfeifer’s ability to knock down triples from behind the arc is key for a good Allentown team.

[player_tooltip player_id="933645" first="Brandon" last="Raba"], 6’2 PG Nottingham

Raba had a good showing on Wednesday as he showed his overall skillset as a ball-handler. The 6’2 guard made beautiful passes during the full court drills as he was able to put the ball right to his guys without them having to break stride. Raba has a good handle and is able to break down his defender off the bounce. He moves his feet well on the defensive end and is unafraid of scrapping for rebounds. Raba is a two-way point guard prospect who should lead Nottingham to a big 2020-21 season.
