Now we start our examination of the big men in the class of 2021. Here are the biggest stock risers in our latest update!

[player_tooltip player_id="765217" first="KJ" last="Debrick"] (Springfield Lanphier)

Previous Ranking: #36
Current Ranking: #25

The transformation that Debrick has made over the last year has been super impressive. Big bodied five man that has always had his defense ahead of his offense. Absolute wall down low that blocks shots and rebounds at a high rate. As the summer went on his offensive game really started to emerge which is very exciting for his prospects going forward!

[player_tooltip player_id="995970" first="Jack" last="Mielke"] (Downers Grove North)

Previous Ranking: #54
Current Ranking: #37

Floor spacers at the four spot are what everyone is looking for and that is exactly what Mielke does best. At 6’7” he is one of the best shooting bigs in the class being able to knock down threes spotting up with regularity which we saw in several Breakaway scrimmages.

[player_tooltip player_id="920969" first="Kevin" last="Bozeman"] (Downers Grove North)

Previous Ranking: #57
Current Ranking: #38

Bozeman is another Breakaway product that brings shooting and athleticism to the forefront of his game. Plus shooter with a feathery touch from three. Has bounce around the hoop and we like what he brings defensively guarding multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id="920986" first="Sincere" last="Malone"] (Corliss)

Previous Ranking: #98
Current Ranking: #40

The Corliss combo forward displayed his versatility on both ends of the floor for Team RWA in multiple events on the PHC. Like his long term upside as a prospect, but the way he stuffed the stat sheet was what stood out. Scored inside and out, ran the floor, hit jumpers, was an impact defender, and rebounded well on both ends.

[player_tooltip player_id="920991" first="James" last="Ogrodnik"] (Lincoln Way Central)

Previous Ranking: #166
Current Ranking: #51

This 6’9” stretch post was outstanding for the Illinois T-Wolves. He knocked down shots from beyond the arc and was confident letting it fly. Also displayed bounce around the hoop including put back dunks and swats on the defensive end. Flashed footwork on the block with his back to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id="920970" first="Aaron" last="McQueen"] (Lane Tech)

Previous Ranking: #90
Current Ranking: #57

This Lane Tech 6’6” power forward was his usual productive self when we saw him with his Illinois Jaguars squad over the summer. He is an excellent mid-range shooter that can drill them for days. Thick bodied four man is a good area rebounder that got on the offensive glass for second chance points. Runs the floor hard. Crafty four that gets it done game in and game out.

[player_tooltip player_id="1049507" first="Tyrese" last="Shannon"] (Orr)

Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #59

At 6’6” Shannon has long arms and legs which allow him to cover a lot of ground on both ends. Really good in transition running the floor and defensively has a ton of upside.as a shot blocker and multi-positional defender.

[player_tooltip player_id="1049509" first="Nick" last="Spannaus"] (Decatur MacArthur)

Previous Ranking: NR
Current Ranking: #82

The 6’7” forward brings versatility on both ends. Extremely athletic around the hoop and quick to the offensive glass. He also connected on threes throughout the summer. Smooth release with a feathery touch from deep. Plays above the rim as a finisher. Tons of upside here!

[player_tooltip player_id="920983" first="Ashawn" last="Burbridge"] (Joliet West)

Previous Ranking: #128
Current Ranking: #84

The undersized four man gets absolutely everything he has out of his ability. What we love about his game is his relentless motor. He lives on the offensive glass getting second chance points at an extremely high rate. Mauled opponents all summer for the Illinois T-Wolves. Also flashed a bit of a face up game and improving skill. High level defender as well that is going to be a steal for a small college.
