Rumble Up North – Talent to Watch

This weekend the Rumble up North has a great mix of talent from around the nation and from the area.  Here are Ten Names to Know for each. 

Ten from Minnesota

Jake Braaten of Minnesota Rise (2021).  Jake is surely one of the point guards being talked about by all local Minnesota colleges after an awesome July. 

Cade Haskins Cade Haskins 6'6" | SF Delasalle | 2021 State MN of D1 Minnesota (2021).  Haskins has shown the consistent touch the last several weekends that has D1 schools offering.  

Camden Heide Camden Heide 6'7" | SF Wasatch Academy | 2022 State #129 Nation UT of D1 Minnesota (2022).  I added Cam to the list simply because he may play some minutes this weekend. 

Reid Johnson Reid Johnson 6'4" | SG Chatfield | 2021 State MN of Minnesota Lightning (2021).  The Chatfield guard is one of the hottest shooters in the state right now, a big scoring guard. 

Eli King Eli King 6'2" | PG Caledonia | 2022 State #151 Nation MN of D1 Minnesota (2022). High major offered several times over, Eli is approaching top 100 in the national level status for his class. 

Terence Larmouth of Minnesota Lockdown (2021).  The Lockdown has had a lot of success this summer and many of the players are from Maple Grove. 

Ahjany Lee Ahjany Lee 6'9" | C Byron | 2022 State #145 Nation MN of D1 Minnesota Prospects (2022). The hottest prospect in the state of Minnesota right now, latest offer is Iowa, latest school to call is Maryland.  

Jasper Liu Jasper Liu 6'1" | PG Blake | 2021 State MN of Minnesota Heat Bohrer (2021).  Jasper is one of the Blake Trio that has been playing so well for so long, helping lead Bohrer to a nice year. 

Sam Privet Sam Privet 6'9" | PF Caledonia | 2021 State MN of Playmakers North (2021).  Privet has picked up scholarship opportunity, and is being talked about by D2s.  A top 30 area talent in the senior class. 

Shane Stevenson Shane Stevenson 6'6" | PF Nicollet | 2021 State MN of Minnesota Rise (2021). One of the better shooters with size (Shane is 6’6) that I have seen in the senior class of Minnesota players. 

Treyton Thompson of D1 Minnesota (2021). The lone Minnesota Gopher commit for the 2021 class, Treyton plays in town once again against top teams. 

Ten National

James Graham III of Wisconsin Playground Warriors (2021). A top 100 level prospect that’s earned offers from Michigan State, Marquette, Wisconsin, Memphis, Georgetown, Maryland, and so many more. 

Tony Green of Team Speights (2021).  Green is a guard from the Florida squad, a long randy wing that has been offered by D1 schools. 

David Joplin of D1 Minnesota (2022).  Joplin has been the main scorer for D1 Minnesota, he was gone last weekend but will return this weekend. 

Jaiden Lee of Illinois T-Wolves (2021).  A d1 offered shooting guard from Joliet West High School in Illinois

Tamin Lipsey of D1 Minnesota (2022).  Lipsey is a top 75 level player nationally in his class, has been a model of consistency at PG. 

Cade Meyer of Wisconsin Playground Warriors (2021). Meyer is a hard working, athletic forward with a nice group of double figure offers that includes Valpo, Rice, South Dakota State, and many others. 

Keyshawn Murphy of Alabama Celtics (2021).  A 6’10 big recently offered by Western Kentucky and Little Rock. 

Sean Pedulla of Team Buddy Buckets (2021).  Highlight scoring guard with offers from SMU, Virginia Tech, Minnesota, and Saint Louis recently. 

John Poulakidas of Young & Reckless (2021).  One of the top shooters at the event, John is a top 150 player nationally with offers from Minnesota, Wake Forest, TCU, Rutgers, and many others. 

Julius Rollins of Young & Reckless (2021).  A 6’6 wing with double figure D1 offers including Toledo, Milwaukee, Oakland, and several others. 

Isaac Traudt of Lincoln Supreme (2022).  One of the hottest names in the nation right now, Isaac has grabbed offers from Minnesota, Notre Dame, Stanford, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, and more.
