Showcase events are the perfect opportunities for prospects to elevate their stocks. They provide players the chance to go against big-time competition and show coaches how they play against good players. The Unity Legends showcase was a great stage for that as players across all age groups had strong performances throughout the day. Here are the top stock risers from the first day of the Unity Legends Showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id="900363" first="Aidan" last="Kehoe"], 6’10 PF NJ Panthers 17U (Pascack Hills) 2021

The NJ Panthers 17U squeaked out a three-point victory over the Dominican 17U team and Kehoe’s play down low was a big reason why. The 6’10 big man was tough to stop down low as he cleaned up on the glass and finished almost everything around the basket. Kehoe made tough layups through contact and showed off a nice release on his free throw. He played solid post defense and moved well within the flow of the offense. If Kehoe is able to maintain performances like that throughout the summer, his stock is just only beginning to rise.

[player_tooltip player_id="1018570" first="C.J." last="Stout"], 6’4 SG Unity Legends 16U Black (Seton Hall Prep) 2022

Stout started off the day with a bang as he drilled four three-pointers to open the day. The 6’4 guard shot the ball with confidence and has a quick release on his jumper. Stout did not just shoot the ball as he was able to put the ball on the floor as well. He made good decisions with the ball throughout the day and played solid defense. Stout’s ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter will only help his stock rise this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id="1013098" first="Noah" last="Taylor"], 6’4 SF NJ Panthers 15U (Colonia) 2023

Taylor was absolutely dominant for the NJ Panthers 15U squad as he established himself as their go-to guy. The 6’4 wing used his strong frame to muscle the ball through defenders. Taylor did not just show off his power as he made a couple of nifty layups around the basket. He ripped down rebounds on both ends of the floor and played solid interior defense. Taylor is a strong, athletic wing who should see his stock rise with more games like that.

[player_tooltip player_id="901988" first="Andrew" last="Stack"], 6’3 SG Unity Legends 16U Gold (Madison) 2022

Stack solidified his status as a knockdown shooter with an absolute showcase in the second game. The 6’3 guard rained in six triples in the first half as he simply could not miss from behind the arc. Stack started off the day with a couple of pull-up jumpers, showing his ability to get to his spot on offense. He played solid defense and made very few mistakes with the ball in his hands. Stack is a big-time shooter who should see his stock rise with more games like that.

[player_tooltip player_id="900330" first="Grant" last="Holbrook"], 6’5 SF NJ Panthers 17U Select (Ramsey) 2021

Holbrook may not have led the NJ Panthers Select team in scoring, but his play on the floor truly stood out. The 6’5 forward took a pair of charges and was seemingly everywhere on the defensive end. Holbrook made a couple of tough layups around the basket and was able to finish one through contact. He rarely allowed offensive rebounds and played well within the flow of the offense. Holbrook is a gritty forward prospect whose attitude and effort on the defensive end should help his stock rise this summer.
