It was a tremendous weekend of basketball in Indianapolis, Indiana for the Prep Hoops Havoc in the Heartland tournament. We had tons of coverage over the weekend and that continues looking back at the event! Here is our Havoc in the Heartland: Illinois 2021 Stock Risers Pt 2!

[player_tooltip player_id="765217" first="KJ" last="Debrick"] (Illinois Hoopstars)

Debrick is going to come out of the PHC as one of the top posts in the class. The 6’9” center played physical throughout the event on the glass for tip ins and caught passes in traffic for points. Defensively he is ahead of the game as a rim protector being able to block shots.

[player_tooltip player_id="920973" first="Khailieo" last="Terry"] (Illinois Hoopstars)

Terry quietly goes about his business and consistently gets the job done. High-motor undersized four that brings strength, toughness, and athleticism. He was effective throughout the event playing his role rebounding and getting on the offensive glass for put backs. Should be a versatile piece on the defensive end as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="821777" first="Isaiah" last="Holden"] (Illinois Hoopstars)

Holden did a nice job leading his team from the point guard spot to the championship at the Havoc in the Heartland. Good feel for the game and overall knows when to pick his spots to score and when to get others involved. Quality shooter from both mid-range and three. Definitely a guy you can’t leave open.

[player_tooltip player_id="821803" first="Norvell" last="Meadows"] (Team M.O.R.E.)

Meadows had a strong outing for Team M.O.R.E. on Sunday. The Orr High School guard was electric with the rock in his hands with his burst and tight handles. Had a slick finish where he went behind his back finishing with a runner. Capable shooter hitting several of them. More of a scorer’s mentality at the lead guard spot.

[player_tooltip player_id="821756" first="Jeffrey" last="Oakley"] (Team M.O.R.E.)

Oakley is one of the state’s best kept secrets. The 6’5” small forward from Corliss is an athletic wing that has some skill. Can hit a shot when left open and put it on the deck. What stood out most in this contest was how well he rebounded. Lived on the offensive glass for second chance points with his bounce around the hoop.

[player_tooltip player_id="771636" first="Andrew" last="Johnson"] (Illinois T-Wolves)

The Joliet West wing is a strong bodied small forward that has a knack for scoring. Good feel for the mid-range game with floaters, baseline jumpers, and pull ups. This guy just gets stuff done!

[player_tooltip player_id="921072" first="Gary" last="Clay"] (Illinois Hoopstars)

Like what this lengthy guard brings to the table on both ends of the floor. Broard shoulders and a frame to add strength. Gets after it defensively and is a good rebounder for his position. Flashes scoring pop as well.
