1. Hayden Llewellyn – Wing Guard – Jellico
In his first high school season, Hayden made an astronomical 311 shots whilst averaging over 26 ppg. He finished off 152 free throws and made 46 3-pointers. Statistically mind-boggling.
2. Jaylen Jones Jaylen Jones 6'0" | PG East Nashville | 2023 State #178 Nation TN – Point Guard – East Nashville
Incredible freshman season. Jaylen Jones Jaylen Jones 6'0" | PG East Nashville | 2023 State #178 Nation TN advanced to state in his first year. There really are so few ceilings to this skilled ’23 player. Jones already added a Tennessee State University offer.
3. Jasen Brooks – Point Guard – Cleveland
High-major prospect despite hardly playing varsity last winter. Of course, CHS was loaded in the junior and senior classes. Brooks is significantly more yoked than his peers. The weight room development will surely make the natural powerful guard a dominating presence.
Wake Forest has inquired about 2023 PG Jasen Brooks (Cleveland). He’s been on Florida and Chattanooga’s radar since the start of the 2019-20 season.

4. Isaiah West Isaiah West 6'3" | SG Goodpasture | 2023 State #216 Nation TN – Shooting Guard – Goodpasture
AAU superstar from the time he donned his first AAU jersey. West dominated in his first year with Goodpasture. There is more to give. West is the kind of talent with the kind of regional notoriety that will draw high school and prep school recruits in the next two years. Enjoy him while you can because players of his ilk are frequently lured away from their first high school. He has given no indication publicly that he intends to move. This is merely a common occurrence for players like West.
5. Marcel Reed – Wing Guard – M.B.A.
Elite football player. Elite basketball player. Elite shooter.
Jasen Brooks is a D1 prospect already.6.Jamar Frazier – Guard – Booker T. Washington
Just improve his free throw accuracy. Tremendous first step.
7. Lukas Walls – Wing – Knoxville Webb
Upright wing. Forward? Lukas played a prominent role of a veteran team. Head Coach Ricky Norris of Knoxville Webb appeared to entrust the skilled freshman with tons of time despite fielding a veteran team. Walls just forced his way into the rotation.
8. Blue Cain – Shooting Guard – Knoxville Catholic
9. Rodgetick Robinson – Shooting Guard – Middleton
Already Robinson proved he is a stellar high school scorer (14.0 ppg).
10. Wilton Alexander – Guard – Maplewood
11. Jordan Carter – Forward – Grace Christian Academy-Franklin
Carter registered 9.9 ppg and made 31 three-pointers last winter. he needs to improve his free throw shooting (29-60). Those truly make or break scoring title runs.
12. Davonta Tucker – Center – Southwind
Tucker is a lean 6-foot-7 with physical and basketball maturity in his future. Loves his teammates.
