In our latests rankings coverage, we wanted to regionalize the lists a little more, and in this piece we take a look at the best players and prospects in the Inland Empire region regardless of class with input from PH SoCal staff writers taken into consideration.
Our earlier coverage broke down the Top 15 prospects in the I.E. region while this piece discusses more players to keep an eye on over the next couple of years.

More 2021 IE Players to Watch
Jayson Wiltz, Riverside Hillcrest – Wiltz has a smooth all-around offensive game that helped him put up just under 10 points per game last season for the Trojans. The wiry 6-foot-2 combo guard uses his change of pace and direction to get to the basket and score with a soft touch and he’s also shown catch-and-shoot touch to the three-point line.
Darvelle Wyatt Darvelle Wyatt 6'4" | PF Etiwanda | 2021 State CA-S , Etiwanda – Wyatt is another guy who came off the bench and made a huge impact for Etiwanda last season. The 6-foot-4 forward was reliable defensive interior presence who improved as a ball-screen defender as the season went on. Offensively, Wyatt showed good hands, touch and footwork in the paint.
Amun Collins, Rancho Christian – Collins didn’t get a full season of run with the Eagles after sitting out due to transfer rules, but he could be a big part of their rebuilding efforts during his senior season. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard has ideal size and length for the position and has shown a reliable shooting stroke off the catch.
Damien Adame, Great Oak – Adame has a super versatile floor game where he scores from all three levels efficiently. The 6-foot-3 combo guard showed good speed, body control and finishing ability in transition, all of which helped him average 20 points per game during Southwestern League play.
Austin Bunn, Colony – Bunn’s role heading into his senior year will likely get a boost with the departures of Kylan Boswell Kylan Boswell 6'2" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2023 AZ and Denim Dawson Denim Dawson 6'5" | SF Orange Lutheran | 2021 State CA-S and he’s the type of guy who can help in a variety of ways. The 5-foot-10 guard has the ball skills and smarts to initiate offense as needed, but is best as a guy who can spread the floor from behind-the-arc.
