Perry was outstanding in leading the Lawton Wolverines to a top-five ranking in 2020 before falling short in area. Now primed for a breakout senior season, Perry has all the tools to become one of the be one of the best scorers in the state next season and one of its top prospects. His abilities to shoot the ball in transition and bury teams with 3-point efficiency were indicative in a 39-point outing last summer.
No. 2 — Danquez Dawsey Danquez Dawsey 6'0" | CG Lawton Macarthur | 2021 State OK | 2021 PG | Lawton MacArthur |
Dawsey is among the state’s best hidden gems, and his ability to shoot the ball from college range makes him one of the maturest, readiest prospects for the next level. His leadership as a scorer earned him a spot on the Tulsa World All-State list as the Highlanders peaked at the 5A No. 5 spot and he accrued his thousandth-career point.
No. 3 — Devon Barnes | 2021 PG | Lawton Christian |
Barnes is an elite shooter out of the dribble and proved last summer that he can output outstanding production against the country’s best competition. The sharpshooter, who played his junior summer with DriveNation (TX) has great handles, creates separation with ease and can finish shots with high efficiency.
No. 4 — Ryan Hart | 2022 PG | Cyril |
Hart’s shooting game is his bread-and-butter. He can rifle deep shots either from the dribble or catch, and he routinely hits difficult shots with use of developed separation moves.
No. 5 — Earl Moseby | 2021 PG | Lawton MacArthur |
Moseby is an outstanding shooter from the catch, has a fiery release and can knock-down difficult shots from deep. Whether it’s a step-back, side-step, hesitation or other, Moseby has all of his spacing moves figured out.
No. 6 — Kelvyun Mitchell | 2022 SG | Lawton Eisenhower |
Mitchell is an impressive off-ball shooter whose height aids him in hitting difficult shots with contest. He has pin-point accuracy and appears ever-confident when firing off shots from the corners and wings.
No. 7 — RJ Kennedy | 2023 CG | Lawton Christian |
Kennedy has been a well-kept secret to this point in his career, but his exposure could burst in his sophomore season. He’s a confident, capable floor general and often displays unprecedented fearlessness when striking for deep or contested shots from beyond the arch.
No. 8 — Brandon Cowan | Lawton MacArthur |
Cowan is a mightily-talented point guard who displayed almost impeccable shooting footwork in 2020. He was able to knock down tough shots from the handle or out of the catch with elite accuracy.

Dallas, whose inflated athleticism helps in every facet of his game, can knock down difficult shots with hands in his face, strike a few times a game from deep, and create his own shots.

The scoring forward from Elgin has a few tricks up his sleeve when it comes to hitting shots from deep. He fits the bill for a crafty post who can handle the ball and hit shots from beyond the arch with unprecedented volume.
