14. 6-6 SF Frankquon Sherman Frankquon Sherman 6'7" | SF Grovetown | 2023 State #271 Nation GA – Lincoln County
Debuting at No. 14, with the body of work he’s already put together and the highlight clips scattered throughout social media, Sherman could and probably should be ranked higher. The freak athlete averaged over 19 points per game and led the Red Devils to the Elite Eight. Expect the southpaw to turn some heads this offseason and start picking up traction statewide.
25. 6-2 W Qua Brown – Newton
A smooth, strong athlete that seemingly glides to the basket, Qua Brown is a player that will take a huge leap come next rankings update. Brown was a key piece in Newton’s Elite Eight trip. The lefty can get to the basket and elevate over defenders and has a quick second leap to clean up misses. His wiry frame should pack on plenty of muscle over the next three years.
WL. 5-8 CG Austen Colton Austen Colton 5'9" | PG East Coweta | 2023 State GA – East Coweta
Austen Colton Austen Colton 5'9" | PG East Coweta | 2023 State GA provided outside shooting and fearlessness off the bench for the Indians. He was an energy-giver that could produce a spark with his instant offense and his defensive pressure. Colton will have a chance to start full-time now that a historic 2020 class has graduated. His toughness will keep the Indians’ newfound winning tradition alive.
WL. 5-11 CG Justin Lloyd Justin Lloyd 5'11" | CG Midland Valley | 2023 State SC – Aquinas
Justin Lloyd Justin Lloyd 5'11" | CG Midland Valley | 2023 State SC was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing season. The freshman got good burn and led the Irish in scoring. Lloyd is an aggressive-minded score-first guard that can handle the ball against pressure. He will need to develop his court vision a little more but Lloyd is still a good-looking young prospect.
WL. 5-10 CG Isaac Martin Isaac Martin 6'1" | PG King's Ridge Christian School | 2023 State GA – King’s Ridge
It didn’t take long for Isaac Martin Isaac Martin 6'1" | PG King's Ridge Christian School | 2023 State GA to make his mark on the GHSA. The lefty is an elite shooter that drilled 89-189 threes (47%) in just 22 games. He sank five or more threes in eight games with a high of eight against Mt. Pisgah. As far as top shooters go, everyone in the class is currently chasing Martin.
