First Team
Taison Chatman of Totino Grace. Chatman is the state’s top freshman prospect. Taison led the Eagles to 20 wins and a top ten ranking in Class AAA basketball with a team high 14 points a contest.
CJ O’Hara of Totino-Grace. O’Hara is right there with Chatman as a top prospect in the state. CJ and Taison will be a top 1-2 punch for years as CJ scored 13 points a game.
Asher Zubich of Mountain Iron-Buhl. Zubich wasn’t just the top freshman scorer in the state, he was a top five scorer in Minnesota overall. Zubich averaged 31 points a game and his team to 15 wins.
Jack Janicki of White Bear Lake. WBL went .500 this season which was a better year than some had predicted considering all of the change. Janicki averaged 15 points a contest and was an SEC all conference team.
Max Wilson of South St. Paul. Wilson was a key piece to the Packers turn around averaging a dozen points a game. Wilson is a combo guard that helped the Packers win 18 games.
Second Team
Max Shikenjanski of Stillwater. Max is a skilled 6-foot-1 guard that put up 16 points a game in the SEC.
Ibrahim El-Amin of Burnsville. El-Amin was the top Class AAAA big school scorer this season at 18 points a game.
Jalen Cain of Minnetonka. Before Cain suffered a concussion and missed games he was a 7-8 point per game scorer in the Lake.
Tommy Humphries of Totino-Grace. The third member of the talented T-G trio was Tommy Humphries, a 3-4 basket a game player.
Jessye Lewis Jr of Hiawatha Collegiate. Hiawatha won 18 games this season and Lewis led the way with his playmaking at 24 a night.
Third Team
Owen Leach of DGF. Leach averaged 17 points a contest for a 22 win team.
Emmanuel Schmitter of Eagan. Eagan has some young talent and Emmanuel is the key guy with 10 a game.
WIll Opsahl of Goodhue. Opsahl was a key piece for the 21 win Wildcats with his dozen points a game.
Will Underwood of Mahtomedi. A steady, consistent player who produced four baskets on average.
Boden Kapke of Holy Family. One of the better bigs in the class, Boden scored 7 a game for the Fire.
Fourth Team
Alex Jones of Bloomington Jefferson. Physically matured wing that scored 7 a game.
Jackson Ressler of Lakeville South. A very good Cougars team had a talented frosh in the rotation (Ressler).
Samuel Musungu of Andover. Andover had a pair of quality frosh guards with Samuel leading at 8-9 a game.
Jordan Brown of Fond du Lac Ojibwe. Brown was the second leading frosh scorer with his 25-25 points a night.
Trent Gomez of Two Harbors. The new era of Two Harbors basketball will be lead by Gomez, a 17 point/6 assist a night player.
