Taye Sullivan – 2022 – 6’4 – Garber
The Garber wing started hot Thursday morning and stayed that way for the rest of the weekend. Excelling at running off screens and creating his own space, Sullivan was able to get wide-open looks and have great opportunities to score. Sullivan also showed off one of the quickest releases in the state, so the second he finds a sliver of an opening, he can get his shot up with little to no contest.
Bryce Thompson – 2020 – 6’6 – Booker T. Washington
Time and time again the Kansas commit proves himself to be the best shooter in the state. Thompson’s ability to shoot from an extended range makes him a lethal weapon from anywhere on the court. Thompson thrives off of on-ball screens and horns sets, giving him enough room to comfortably get a shot off without a very strong contest.
Jack Spainer – 2021 – 5’8 – Heritage Hall
Spanier performed perfectly in his role all weekend and took a larger role on the offensive end. Spanier got hot multiple times as the weekend went along and was very consistent from beyond the arc. He showed multiple levels to his shooting game, both with catch-and-shoot abilities as well as shooting of-the-dribble. Spanier will be a key part of Heritage Hall’s chase for a gold ball in 4A this spring
Slee Russell – 2021 – 6’0 – Millwood
The Millwood guard stayed in his role all weekend and shot the ball with ultimate confidence. Russell excelled in shooting off the catch, especially from the corners. Russell spaced the floor very well and gave him teammates the ability to drive and kick, hitting him for wide-open shots.
Kayvon Key – 2020 – 6’3 – Tulsa Memorial
The Henderson State commit has a great game and his shot has progressed greatly. Key was outstanding all weekend long, giving Tulsa Memorial a huge boost on the offensive side of the ball. The wing showed great range and an ability to shoot from deep as well as knocking down some tough mid-range jumpers throughout the weekend.
