Tyreik Leach – Point Guard – R.J. Reynolds
Leach is slowly becoming a lethal weapon from behind the arc and showed off his stroke in the final week. He put up six made 3-pointers and finished with 23 points in a stellar performance at the point guard spot. He’s got a strong frame that he uses well to get to the rim. On defense, he’s an active guard that applies pressure. He’s a player to watch in this class.
Caden Davis – Wing – R.J. Reynolds
Caden Davis is another player in the Demons rotation with a solid season ahead. He’s a difference-maker on the wing that can score on all three levels. He handles pressure well and is slowly becoming a problem on offense.
Kadyn Dawkins – Point Guard – Eastern Guilford
Kadyn Dawkins is a point guard prospect that continues to impress with his play on the hardwood. He’s a player that can score from anywhere on the floor as he did for the Bears to keep things close. He posted 33 points, along with four 3-pointers and showed how he can always finds a way to score. He’s an X-factor type player for the Bears heading into 2019-20.
Zach Watson – Forward – Salem Baptist Christian
Zach Watson is a junior player with good size at the forward spot for Salem Baptist Christian. Watson is a forward at about 6-foot-4 that runs the floor well and can take his defender out on the wing at the stretch forward spot. He’s a solid 3-point shooter that stretches the defense with his 3-point shooting. He’s a player to watch in the frontcourt.
Ethan Pegram – Point Guard – Salem Baptist Christian
Ethan Pegram is an emerging point guard that showed off his court vision and playmaking ability in the final week of Triad Fall League. He’s a floor general that makes the right play with the ball in his hands nine times out of 10. He does well to use patience with the ball, creating free throw opportunities when needed and dishing when needed. He’s another player to keep an eye on at Salem Baptist Christian.
Shad Thomas – Forward – Salem Baptist Christian
The player with the biggest upside this upcoming season at Salem Baptist Christian is Shad Thomas. Thomas is a prospect with tons of untapped potential on the floor. He’s a relentless rebounder with raw athleticism and strength that flies to the rim on both ends. He’s got good hands around the rim and is slowly figuring things out on defense with his length.
