He displayed a smooth jump shot knocking down threes and pull up jumpers, and showed that he’s more than comfortable to shoot from long distance. One word to describe his overall game would simply be smooth. He looks comfortable with the ball in his hands and is big enough to play the two or the three. He played athletic, blocking shots and playing great defense. He was easy for his teammates to find as he had multiple back cuts and was constantly finding ways to get himself open. His hands were always ready on cuts, where he scored multiple times. His range extended two to three feet behind the line on offense and he wasn’t afraid to shoot from that far. Chargois also grabbed a good amount of rebounds too. Overall he showed his improvement and boosted his stock by showing he can play.
Strengths:
- great shooter, extended range
- Athlete, can jump and block shots, moves feet well
- Great passer, found a lot of people and played distributor well
- Moves well without the ball
Weaknesses:
- Lazy transition defense, didn’t communicate well
- Didn’t have great closeouts, was late
- Motor shuts off occasionally
College Projection: JUCO or Division II
