2020 Lynn Greer | Team Takeover
Greer made his debut with Takeover on the EYBL circuit Saturday morning and did not disappoint. Finishing with 21 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds he was very much talked about between different media members. He was aggressive trying to score the ball and looked comfortable with the ball in his hands. It might have been the best I have seen him play before as I definitely walked about feeling good about what Greer did on the court at the guard spot as he scored the ball and did not make a lot of mistakes.
2020 Chuck Harris | Team Takeover
Harris will be asked to do more with this team due to the injury of Jeremy Roach and he looked ready to do so finishing with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists on Saturday morning. While scoring 15 points he was efficient in doing so shooting 7/10 from the field. He continued to shoot the ball well from all over the court and looked to get to the basket while driving hard.
2020 Myles Wilmoth | City Rocks
In this particular game against Team Takeover it was not his scoring that was getting the job done for him and his team but instead it was his rebounding. He finished with 11 hard fought rebounds against Takeover who has 7’1 Hunter Dickinson. When it comes to some of the best guys that fought after the boards that I saw this weekend, Wilmoth definitely comes to mind.
2020 Dain Dainia | Howard Pulley
Dain doesn’t necessarily pass the eye test but boy can he play. Dain finished with 17 points on Saturday shooting 50% from the field and even made a three. He stands at 6’9 and does almost anything a coach can ask from a true low post guy. He can also move around well at the perimeter with the ball. The most underrated part of his game might be his passing ability. He was out there zipping the ball to his teammates and even had a nice behind the back pass to a teammate. Dain definitely showed that he is a top 60 player in the country.
2020 Nahiem Alleyne | Georgia Stars
Alleyne can straight go with the ball in his hands and also guard the best player on the opposing team. Alleyne is a lefty that can flat out score the basketball. He had 19 points including three triples for his team in a win against Howard Pulley. He was attacking the rim and showed that he can finish with contact around the rim. He is not afraid to pull up in the defenders face and make shots as he showed that multiples times this weekend. Look for Alleyne to possibly continue to breakout this spring.
