TL: For those who haven’t seen you play, how would you describe your game?
PH: “I’m a swing man. I play the 5 here, but I can play the 4. I can hit the three, I can dribble, and I play defense, block shots.”
TL: What are you working on right now?
PH: “I’m working on my dribbling and my outside shot right now. And just being a bigger presence for my team.”
TL: You’re obviously the biggest guy on the team, but what exactly is your role?
PH: “Just to protect the inside. Contain, help my team out, and be that leader as a senior.”
TL: How would you evaluate today’s team performance?
PH: “I feel like we did better. We’re still coming along. We’re starting to click right now, but I feel like we played well overall.”
TL: What’s the was different in this matchup vs. the first matchup against this team?
PH: “We came out sluggish last game. We didn’t really execute, and this time we had a real game plan. We had to lock in.”
TL: What are your goals?
PH: “To win the DCSAA State Championship.”
TL: What’s going to need to happen in order for you to reach that goal?
PH: “We’ve gotta play as a team. We gotta come out and compete, give it our all.”
