Junior Guard – Karter Thomas, Oshkosh West, 14th in 2020 Composite Ranking: Thomas takes the crown for most valuable player in the conference. His scoring average hovers around 27ppg, which includes 45 points against Fon Du Lac, 38 at Neenah, and 35 against Appleton West. Not to mention, West is undefeated when he scores over 30 points.
Junior Guard – Max Klesmit, Neenah, 21st in 2020 Composite Ranking: Neenah has surged through the conference ranking just as Klesmit has begun to heat up. He’s at sure odds for 20 points against any conference opponent, and has only improved his efficiency as the season has progressed.
Senior Guard – Will Mahoney, Appleton West, 28th in 2019 Composite Ranking: Mahoney feeds to the trend of scoring guards in the FVA, averaging 23ppg on efficient numbers from the field.
Junior Guard – Jake Buchanan, Kimberly, 18th in 2020 Composite Ranking: Buchanan’s game screams college talent. He’s a tad undersized at 6’0, but he’s a versatile scorer who has been willing to share touches with other top talents such as Levi Borchart and Reed Miller. If anyone questions why Kimberly is first in the conference, their answer lies in Buchanan.
Senior Wing – Donovan Ivory, Kaukauna, 13th in 2019 Composite Ranking: Ivory is averaging just over 20ppg, but his 6’5 frame and natural athleticism has caused him to be a consistent stock riser while piquing interest from college scouts.
