He is not a prospect who scores a ton of points but does a great job of doing all of the small things others do not want any part of. Feldman is the ultimate glue guy to a team. The work ethic of Feldman translates to the court and the classroom. The 3.7GPA and 28 ACT score put Feldman in a great situation to be a small college prospect.
Feldman can score as he showed us all this summer with great outbursts at the Point Guard spot for OC Rain. However, this fall what we are seeing is Feldman come up big on the defensive end as a stopper. Not only is he playing great defense he is also doing a great job rebounding the basketball. A team-high 1.7 steals per game shows Feldman’s ability to come up huge on defense. Feldman has an idea of what he is looking for in a college.
“I am looking for a school with a strong business school,” said Feldman. “A place with a great structure where I can flourish as a student and an athlete.”
OC Rain Program Director Stephen Beseda spoke very highly of Feldman on and off the floor.
“Tommy is a kid that is going to give you one hundred percent on the court,” said Beseda. “He is a kid you want to have to lead your team. He is willing to do whatever it takes to win games for his team.”
The numbers will not jump out offensively for Feldman. However, when you watch his game on the court it is not hard to tell he will fit in nicely at a small college program with his high IQ play, heart, toughness, and work ethic.
