Gathering a list of players and choosing which rank best fits the individual was an extremely difficult challenge, but we do our best to keep them updated every three months. We love finding out about new players, and we’ve done so since our last update. Here is our breakdown piece covering some of the significant newcomers.
#15 | ROB CARPENTER | 6’7 F | MT. ZION PREP
At 6-foot-7, Rob Carpenter is a very versatile prospect with good potential, but also produces consistently at this level right now. Colby Giacubeno recently wrote up a recruiting report on the Michigan native that is worth taking a look at.
#55 | SAM TABE | 6’2 G | HIGH POINT
Sam Tabe didn’t really play a prominent role on his AAU team this summer, but that doesn’t mean he’s not a good college prospect. Tabe showcased his skills at the DMVElite 80 in front of coaches and scouts this fall, and that’s where his stock began to rise.
#61 | JUSTINAS LEGANOVIC | 6’3 G | WEST NOTTINGHAM
At 6-foot-3, Justinas Leganovic has good size for a pass first point guard, but can also shoot it well from the perimeter. Check out this report by Colby Giacubeno that gives us a closer look at Leganovic.
#73 | NIGEL SANTA CRUZ | 6’3 F | BOWIE
Nigel Santa Cruz is a glue guy that can fit into almost any team because he has a strong work ethic, can rebound, and defend. Later today there will be a recruiting report on Santa Cruz that describes his overall game and much more.
#76 | JAMES SEARCY | 6’3 G | ST. MARIA GORETTI
James Searcy is a tremendous athlete who can play at a high tempo. Searcy has the potential to be a great defender with his combination of size, length, and quickness.
