OKC Top 250 Player Evaluations: Afternoon Session #21-30
The Prep Hoops Top 250 was in Oklahoma City on Sunday. Throughout the coming weeks Prep Hoops will have tons of content from the camp. Keep checking PrepHoops.com for content. Player Evaluations will be done for every player that attended the Top 250 camp. Order is based off the number provided at camp. These will be released over the course of the next couple of days.
Skylar Croskey: 6’5 2020 Forward Amber High School
Croskey is a forward who excels at rebounding. He uses his body well to create space to grab multiple rebounds. Croskey also finished well around the rim on offense.
Kenneth Daughty: 5’10 2020 Guard Heritage Hall High School
Daughty is a long armed guard who played great defense at camp. He disrupted numerous passing lanes getting multiple steals. Naughty also showed a good ability to finish around the rim when driving.
Treajon Davis: 6’5 2020 Forward HFC Warriors (Homeschool)
Davis is a long athletic forward who scored the ball very well around the rim at camp. He was rebounding at a high rate as well as finishing his put-backs. Davis used his length well on defense changing players shots and even blocking a few.
Ryan Dennis: 6’1 2020 Guard Vanoss High School
Dennis is a hard nosed guard who played good defense. He hustled extremely hard and was scrappy when playing on-ball defense.
Gavin Duverger: 5’10 2021 Guard Putnam City North High School
Duverger is a bid-bodied guard who finished well around the rim. He drove the lane well and was able to absorb contact and finish tough layups.
JJ Francis: 5’9 2020 Guard Comanche High School
Francis is a guard who displayed great court vision. He was finding open teammates all over the court. His handle was impressive as well. It was tight and he kept his turnovers low.
Sean Franklin: 6’2 2021 Guard Edmond Santa Fe
Franklin is a long guard who showed a great ability at getting to the rim during camp. He was able to penetrate the defense and score well against bigger defenders. Franklin also got to the free throw line frequently.
Matthew Gelczer: 5’10 2021 Guard Casady High School
Gelczer is a guard who displayed a high IQ on the court. He was constantly making hustle plays and setting timely off-ball screens. Gelczer also showed a good passing ability finding open teammates for high quality shots.
Connor Goodson: 5’11 2021 Guard Norman High School
Goodson was one of the better shooters that I saw at camp. He was great when spotting up along the wings and knocked down a couple of 3-pointers with defenders close by.
Camden Grant: 6’0 2020 Guard Monterey High School
Grant is a bigger guard who controlled the pace on the court very well. He also showed that he has the ability to finish around the rim even when there is contact. He may not be the fastest player, but he can bring the whole pace of the game down to a level where he excels.
