Prospect Spotlight: Collin Schlee (2019)
Collin Schlee, a class of 2019 guard at Oakdale High School, was a standout for CBSA Hoyas during their championship run at the DC Metro Showcase. He is an emerging sleeper, and should be set for a breakout junior season.

“Well I love playing at a fast pace love getting a rebound and getting up the floor in transition,” Schlee explained. “My court vision is on point. I see what others don’t see. If I see a man fading down the side I’ll give him a bounce pass in stride for a finish.”
Schlee can make you pay if you leave him open on the perimeter. He’s not only an excellent shooter from the catch, but he mixes it up well and can consistently hit mid range pull ups. Schlee is an intelligent player, and knows what he needs to do to take his game to the next level.
“I’ve improved on making one move getting to the rim, finishing, making a move, and pulling up off the dribble,” said Schlee. “I need to work on my help defense, and getting all the way in front of the man to stop the ball.”
Right now, Schlee has gone under the radar in most recruiting circles, but is looking forward to a strong junior year. He is doing well in school, and said he has a 3.2 GPA. What can he bring to a college program?
“I can bring energy, skill, and the ability make my teammates better every time we step on the court together.”
