2019 Oklahoma Prospect Rankings
The 2019 Prep Hoops Oklahoma Prospect Rankings have been updated after the spring live periods. There is not much change at the top of the rankings, but little changes throughout the players ranked. The Oklahoma 2019 Class has some size, which is a change from years past.
Jacob Germany at 6’10 and Kalib Boone at 6’7 lead the Post players in the Oklahoma 2019 Class. Germany has the chance to be the best player in the 2019 Oklahoma Class with his size and ability to stretch the floor with a mid-range jumper. He has a long way to go. It will come down to how hard Germany works in the gym over the next year to see if he ends up at a High Major Division I program or goes to a lower Division I program.
Kobe Burgess remains at the top of the 2019 Rankings after the great spring he played on the Nike Circuit. Burgess is a 6’1 Combo Guard who thrives on both ends of the floor. The biggest weakness of Burgess is lack of aggression and shooting skills from deep. However, this spring Burgess improved heavily from behind the arc.
Julian Smith and Seth Hurd round out the top five. The 2019 Oklahoma Class does not have a ton of separation in the top ten. It will be interesting to see who puts in the work to get better in the 2019 Class.
Look for a breakdown of each player as the week continues.
