Meier picking up interest
The 2018 Oklahoma Class has several intriguing players who are on the rise. One player who has really taken his game to another level is 2018 Wing Carson Meier. After a stellar season at Shawnee this year he is following it up with a strong spring.
This past weekend at the H Town Classic Meier had a very strong showing. He has improved his ball handling skills tremendously, which makes him harder to Guard. For his entire high school career, Meier has shot the three-point shot well.
After his performance this past weekend at the H Town Classic with 3D Athletes Meier is starting to hear from low major Division I schools. Over the past week Meier has heard from Western Illinois, Army and McNeese State. He is also receiving heavy interest from several in-state Division II schools.

The live period this weekend will be key for Meier to continue to show coaches his scoring abilities on the Wing at 6’5. 3D Athletes and Meier will be in Indiana looking to shine under the bright lights.
Meier is ranked the 15th overall prospect in the Oklahoma 2018 Class by Prep Hoops Oklahoma. He is a projected fringe low Division I to high Division II level prospect. The scoring talents of Meier make him a prospect that is very intriguing to many.
