Last week Young stated he was down to three schools Many have speculated what are the three final schools. A couple of reports that came out on Friday have Young down to Kansas, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
Basketball fans across the country are ready to see where the high school version of Steph Curry will land. Young has the talents that will allow him to produce excellence from the time he steps foot on a college campus. At Oklahoma and Oklahoma State Young would have to be more of the go to guy and depended on as a freshman to lead the team. With Kansas Young would join the blue blood and fit right in alongside their other five star players.
No matter what school Young picks the college will be happy to land his talents. Young is arguably the best three-point shooter in the 2017 class. He is currently averaging over 40 points per game in Class 6A at Norman North.
Young has been named to the McDonald’s All-American and the Jordan Brand Classic rosters. Prep Hoops Oklahoma will have live coverage from Young’s decision at Norman North on Thursday February 16 at noon.
