Korbin Spencer, Elliott County (2019) – Korbin poured in 23 points in Elliott County’s win against Raceland. But that’s not it. Spencer became of member of the school’s 1,000 point club as a sophomore. Spencer is getting a number of
Dontaie Allen, Pendleton County (2019) – Allen showed his versatility in an overtime loss to 10th region foe Scott. The sophomore wing finished with a career high 50 points, going 17/29 from the field and adding in 13 rebounds. Allen is visiting Louisville this week on an un-official visit.
Jake Ohmer, Scott (2017) – In the same game as the above, small college basketball prospect Jake Ohmer did what he does best, netting 40 points in Scott’s victory of Pendleton County.
Max Ryan, Nelson County (2017) – Nelson County beat Central Hardin for the first time in a number of years. Senior forward Max Ryan led Nelson County from a halftime deficit by scoring 31, beating Central Hardin 57-55. Max is getting looks from Transylvania, Thomas More, Asbury, and a number of other small college programs.
Timmy Dalton, Lawrence County (2017) – The Salem International commit broke Lawerence County’s school record for points scored in a game last night, torching East Carter with 51 points. Dalton further cements his record for career points at the school, now with 2,076.
Michael Moreno, Scott County (2019) – The sophomore star from Scott County posted quite the stat line in a 85-54 win over Paris. 25 points, 15 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals for the high major D-I prospect.
Tavin Lovan, Franklin-Simpson (2017) – D-I talent Tavin Lovan had 30 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 7 steals in a win over Monroe County.
Jacquess Hobbs, Waggener (2017) – The Waggener point guard scored 21 points and dished out 5 assists in a win over Manual.
Trey Hill, PRP (2018) – After a successful summer with the Louisville Magic adidas Gauntlet aau program, Hill poured in 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists against Moore.
And last but not least, Jared Shoemaker from Augusta scored 27 points in a win agaisnt Dayton. Shoemaker is 7 months removed from a car accident that nearly took his life. Congratulations Jared! And welcome back to the court.
